The moderator's various quotes as to why I was being banned: "You know what you did wrong miami", "a public place is a place where you provide a service" and my personal favorite "Im done arguing with you miami, !xban" The racism part was because I was almost exclusively killing the people of dark skin color, pigs, and sharks. This means if you trespass someone's house while they are "building" you will die. The dark skin color, sharks and pigs was just the most common circumstances in which someone died. Whether it was racism or not, I was never warned to stop doing my supposedly racist deeds. A ban reduction would do as well. It was not mass rdm it was mass preemptive self-defense. In the sit you kept saying how is gamestop isn't public base, you legit had décor and stands like playsation xbox nintedo etc in the store. Let's say that this was true you never warned people about killing them either you invited people into your base and killed them. All of the doors in your base were left wide open, you were intentionally mingeing your base besides with the stands, was bare empty you made the base to mass rdm and you had no Intention to role play. And if the had a black player model you would say "No blacks allowed" and proceed to kill them. The person saying no blacks allowed was Yeet That Bread, and he was muted for it. I shouldn't be punished for: A) something that's not against the rules and B) Wasn't even me that did it. In case you forgot to read the rule I put in evidence, "For your base to be considered a public place, you must place a sign indicating it as a "Public Place."". The rules explicitly state that what I did was completely within the boundaries of the server rules. I understand I was being an asshole but no rules were broken in Gamestop. Nor did you ever apologize in this at all, when people apologize I usually tend to go easy on them but you were just being a minge. I'm keep your ban and denying the ban appeal.
