Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : As I explained to your mods I made about 3-4 admin requests for RDM in my own home and at my door (while building ect) and no admins ever responded, now while I was in my home I got killed through a crack in one of my props (Take notes that user never once tried to enter my home) and I shrugged it off as an other RDM, I came back to my home to find the guy still loitering in front of my house and this time attempting to enter (trying to cover his RDM) and so I shot him since I had a no loitering sign on top. I explained all of this to the admin during the sit but he told me I didn't listen to the NLR rule except I did, I used my better judgement and thought it was an other dude mass RDM'ing again, as stated above I was getting RDM'd and the server was in a status of chaos (mass rdm's, RDA ect) and tried explaining to the admin that I thought it was an other case of RDM hence why I came back to my house. The rule strictly specifies to use better judgement and that there isn't an NLR rule other than a raid OR PD raid but I didn't know this was a raid as stated above because of all the RDM's. THe admin actually didn't listen to me and called me a minge from other servers (fucking lol, good way to show professionalism bud) which is kinda odd since Tits RP is literally one of the first DarkRP server I stayed on longer than an hour. I find the ban was too long and unwarranted, if the admin would instead listen and imagine instead of being subjective and listening to the paid VIP player next to me, maybe this would've ended an other way. Secondly, it feels mingey when you're claiming you were RDMd by half the server for raiding a base without a building sign. I have tried telling you to read the !motd to find out that "/advert raid" does not exist in this server. It's self explanatory that when you are killed in your base it is a raid on said base. You then broke NLR came back and killed the other guy for "loitering when I have a loitering sign" the entire sit was horrible because you called me an idiot for not "understanding" why "/advert raid" needs to be a thing in all servers and why it was IRDM. Of course me telling why we don't on top of staying as calm as I could during the sit you continued to bicker when the punishment would have been a warn. The way you were acting was 100% in what I would see from a minge given you tried everything in your power to not get into any repercussions for the NLR. UltimateKc Posted March 7, 2019 Author Share Posted March 7, 2019 Firstly, I did not try to explain to you why the server needed a advert raid, I tried explaining to you why MOST server used advert for raids, it helps differentiate from someone being a total douche nozzle and KOS'ing for no reason AND someone legitimately playing the game. The sole reason why I brought this up to you was because if there were such a rule this would've been avoided, I tried showing you the example in the context of it not being used while being RDM'd constantly. I did not get RDM'd by half the server and neither did I claim that, it's in plain text both here and on the server logs, far from what I said. When do you draw the line ? How are you supposed to differ from RDM and RAIDING when people kill you every 3-4 minutes, in and out of your base without valid reason. I could do the exact same thing and say "I was just raiding bro" and I would come off scat free ? Come on, man. I tried explaining to you why I came back to my base and I still don't think you quite get it. I came back because I kept getting RDM'd, even after admin messages you never responded. So when I got rdm'd again I brushed it off as someone just killing me for the sakes of it, not a raid. Not my fault you responded to your VIP but not a regular user, it does look suspicious. The fact that you put personal feelings towards a ban is also annoying. You're supposed to be neutral, I expressed my concern and you could've been reasonable but instead kept telling me how I didn't want to read !motd when I obviously did after I pointed out that I used the NLR at my better judgement. A 3 day ban for something you personally disagree with is, in my opinion, ridiculous. I much rather have the input of someone that isn't you on this matter since you've already formulated your opinion. It's nothing against you and/or isn't personal, it's just when two people already disagreed in-server in a sit it won't get resolved outside on the forum either, I rather have a neutral look on the matter. The way I can differentiate between RDM and a raid is simple. We have a show NLR command that lets us see where you died. I was telling you that in the sit. From there, ban time and length. We were in a sit for about 10 minutes which is why the ban length I felt was justified. NLR cases can be up to 3 days. (Unless mass) VIP means nothing to me in a sit. If they did wrong then I would give them the punishment. Also as a cultist. Kidnapping is KOS so if you get killed while kidnapping there is that as well. Advert raid is not a thing on this server and mods can’t change that, always free to make a suggestion of it though. With that said, a raid can be initiated by simply walking into the house. My concern is the multiple sits made by you that you say were not taken. If this could be proved and that they were legit, i could see this appeal being accepted or at least a shorter ban period. Also VIP is not paid for. The server right now does not have a market system and the only purchases of ingame items is made player to player. VIP is only able to be bought by ingame currencies which again can not be bought from the server with real money.
