Memes Posted March 4, 2019 Share Posted March 4, 2019 Personally I don't remember 3 sits in total, I remember one when he replaced his dupe as the mayor and I was the mayors assassin. I agree that I was targeting him for a good portion of yesterday but also it should be noted that he was the mayor for at least an hour, and had super unlikable laws, so I was far from the only person who wanted him dead. You always target me and when you don't you call me a bitch constantly. By always wanting to get me banned or kicked for minor things or even lies. Rubik Posted March 4, 2019 Share Posted March 4, 2019 I don't see / hear him saying anything overtly offensive / racist towards you other than saying "adios amigo" which is not exactly offensive in my opinion. I do think you were acting different because you knew the video was recording for this report which I find disingenuous. After seeing this screenshot I feel certain this report is an attack against Lolita for personal reasons that are not included in this report. I am not going to punish someone for telling you you have poor grammar or saying "adios amigo". You play a major part in how others treat / respect you and with comments like this in OCC I cannot stand up for you and say this was an attack against you because of your race, vocabulary, etc. When you come up with some more solid evidence of Lolita being racist, offensive or harassing you send it, but for now this report and the evidence provided is not supporting these claims. I recommend you both take a moment to block each other in game (voice & chat), on the forums & Discord and I will be happy to show you how to do that. In game, right click their name in the Tab menu. Select Player > Select Mute Chat / Mute Voice On the forums, navigate to their profile, scroll to the bottom and select Add to Ignore List On Discord it's similar to the forums - right click their name in chat or on the member list > select Block. Not Steve Posted March 4, 2019 Share Posted March 4, 2019 This is honestly dumb and stupid, and im surprised staff ingame havent kicked or banned either one of you yet for constantly arguing in OOC (unless im wrong). Lolita, you need to stop targeting water. Ive been online to see you make multiple sits on water and the constant drama over OOC as well. You need to stay away from water and to stop the targeting. You making a ton of tiny sits on him for small things is dumb because you want nothing more than to see him get in trouble because of the drama between you two. Water, ive seen you arguing with him over ooc yesterday too, and I seen Sewer ask you guys to stop arguing in OOC. I also seen you constantly refer to him saying "This is how you win an election" as you were becoming mayor which is clearly antagonizing the situation. Also with the screenshot above it really doesnt help your case, you did not threaten him, but you did say un-needed things in OOC towards him. You both seriously need to stop, and if Lolita is targeting you Water then you need to make an admin sit. If hes making admin sits against you chances are we already see the targeting happening (which we do) and its his responsibility to stop. From the way I see it, I dont see any punishments coming out of this report besides talking to you two, because if one punishment is handed out then chances are both parties are going to be punished in some way as from what it seems as of now, theres a contribution towards the drama from both ends. It could also be just the chat at the time but at 2:03 in the video you ask him to stop "hating the mexicans" which it doesnt even look like hes said anything to you beforehand of that, which then again it just looks like youre egging on the situation. There was absolutely no reason to leave that part of the message, and its only purpose was to get a reply back of him coming at you again. This whole situation wouldve been different if you were A.) Defending yourself ONLY when he talks to you B.) Not egging the situation on by leaving remarks C.) If you weren't replying and he was constantly going after you Him making it clear to tell you "English clearly is your 2nd language" was obviously wrong and dumb and was un-needed as well. Its another example of contributing to the drama between both ends. It would've been nice to show what you were saying in that video too if there was some way though.
