plutori Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Well, 99% of the time we would take the banning staff member's side, and assume the ban is legitimite, if no other evidence is presented. However, in this case, it's a trial mod who was just demoted, and likely doesnt have any evidence, and they displayed a pretty clear lack of understanding of their moderation abilities.
