Let me say what happened to me, I was walking with karma around the map and then he stopped by a base that had a building sign up and said he heard printers and then he put down a fence which let him make sure that there weren't printers in the base, I didn't put down anything at all (keep in mind) I will admit that I did look through the fence and even jumped on the fence, a couple seconds after this happened I kicked karma out the party because I didn't want to be associated with him and I removed him from my doors, I couldn't remove him from another door because he bought the door first and there was nothing I could do. Afterwards I talked to him and he admitted that it was his fault and to add him back to a party, he said that he was going to talk to the admin and tell him that he was the only one who really exploited which I thought was nice of him to do but he never got the chance to do it. I got teleported by Rubik a couple minutes after the incident and he started talking to us, he said the reason for the ban, I tried to say what happened to me but he still said I exploited and I respected his decision I wasn't going to argue with him when he already made up his mind there was nothing I could do at that point so I said in ooc "ILU ALL" and took the ban. BRINGINGARMAGEDDON Posted January 19, 2019 Share Posted January 19, 2019 So unlike Karma, you have a minor ban from like a month ago for probably saying the N word or some shit in ooc, I think you should be given a probationary period. Both of your stories match up and if it's true that the base had a building sign, I think it should at least be reduced in your case. One of the people online said they had a recording, if they post it, it may help your case. Big Ass / ultraagent887 said they have the video. Neither of you are new players and you know the rules. Claiming you were going to just check before calling staff does not excuse breaking the rules. Ask yourself, if you knew Two-Times was recording the whole thing would you still have done it? BEAN Posted January 20, 2019 Author Share Posted January 20, 2019 I made this appeal with the intention of getting my banned reduced, I already admitted that I looked through the fence, in fact before I made the appeal I watched the clip that TwoTimeTabernacker posted the link to in chat. I can see why anyone would want me to stay banned because that video made me look really guilty. Before I saw the video my thought process was "I didn't place the prop I just looked through it." But in the video I was focusing extremely hard on that fence and made it look like I agreed with Karma to do it. I don't know why I looked through for so long. If I cant get my ban reduced that's fine I saw the clip it made me look terrible it would make anyone who looks at it say that we need to stay banned I understand, the video was even posted in a discord im in with friends they all said that it made me look extremely guilty. I even watched the full stream and I heard why Tabernacker called an admin on me, he said that we could of did the same thing when me and a friend raided his base which is completely not true (just so he knows we raided him fairly). Its ok if I dont get reduced and the ban stays the same I saw the video and I understood. This is the last time im going to talk about this because I dont want to continue it. I understand the decisions that were made taking on this case.
