(Their name and profile): Ritsu STEAM_0:1:98896673 + prgm aka 404 STEAM_0:1:119176343 Reasons why you are reporting: SO, I'm raiding Ritsu & Jack Johnson and prgm tries to counter my raid but fails, I had no clue who he was nor what relation he had with Ritsu. prgm wasn't in Ritsu's party, he didn't own any of the doors! nor did he inform me before or after his counter attempt! I asked Ritsu who was that guy and she replied *a gang member* in an unprofessional way! I reported the guy but the staff couldn't do anything as "it wasn't a valid reason to ban" keep in mind he disconnected right after he died (might not be LTAP) I asked the staff to talk to Ritsu and try to contact prgm! but she replied with some bullshit (in my opinion) reason! I'm reporting prgm (404) for Countering a Raid that he had no relation to! I'm reporting Ritsu for non-staff like behavior + presenting false information to fellow staff members + possibly encouraging a rule breaking behavior! As of Ritsu, I do think she could have acted a bit more calm, but I get it, she was just caught in the heat of the moment. I don't really see how she was being a bad staff member though, she was just talking shit back to you talking shit. The most I could see happening from this is a short ban or warn for 404. I don't really see how there was any false information that Ritsu gave out as 404 probably also was basing with Ritsu, as we all base as a gang. I didn't talk shit to Ritsu, she started calling me stuff when I was memeing Apex (by calling Apex trash for losing a gang war, this was intended to mock Grape, but Ritsu got furious) 2. By false information I mean the first screenshot, she said that to the staff member and told him it's a valid reason. we all know it's not. 3. base as a gang? He came countering to my raid when I got inside and was leaving (5-7minutes after the raid started) how was he basing? 4. I never insulted her! if you consider "You're an E girl" an insult then yeah I'm guilty. She started insulting me out of nowhere! 5. I wouldn't have made this report if she hadn't said what she said in the first screenshot! 6. you didn't confirm 404 was in your gang! not in discord nor in-game, I asked you once in-game and you were busy taking sits! Yes you were indeed trying to insult her with the "You're an E Girl" stuff. We do base with our gang members, we have a current base going on with probably 6 people in it. Yes he is in the gang and that is why he countered, he might have had stuff in there, probably actually did, he definitely did know codes. Probably the only thing to have an issue with, but a mod shouldn't be 'talking shit' because a user is talking shit. That's not level headed and it's certainly not professional. If Jacket was disrespecting staff then he should have gotten told off about it, not insulted back. And you should know this Grape as a mod, but not knowing the rules isn't a valid excuse as it's everybody's responsibility to read up on the MOTD and catch up on server rules. It doesn't mean that 404 should get punished for it, but it does mean that he should be told to read up on the rules next time. Edit: Just pulled this from the 'Proper Punishment' guideline. "If on accident (RDM) usually a verbal warning would be given unless it could have obviously been avoided, in which case a warning would be issued. Ritsu shouldn't have responded to any member of the community in global chat like that. We will have a chat before she continues her moderator duties.
