Why were you banned?: "Your server sucks"

Why should you be unbanned?: I have been playing on this server for around 4 years or so. This was the first DarkRP server I ever actually enjoyed playing on and I even bought VIP. I stopped playing a little over a year ago when I made my server, though. My friends and I decided we wanted to come play on the server because my server just crashed and we were bored(It was 2 am). We joined and immediately everyone was mass rdming. My friends and I tried making a party and staying together, but we kept getting RDMed. We called for staff multiple times, then we just decided none was on and we would have to take things into our own hands. My friends and I just started shooting only the people who shot us and eventually I started getting votekicked by the people rdming us. I got votekicked twice by the rdmers. I joined back for the second time, walked out of spawn and I got instantly arrested. While I was in jail I got jailtp'd in spawn. I was trying to talk to a staff member but I had no clue who was staff, there was just a massive amount of people crowded around us all mic spamming and being generally annoying. I tried to ask what was going on and clear things up with the staff member. Before I knew what was even going on, I was permabanned for the reason "Your server sucks". This is odd because I not once even mentioned I owned a server which means the staff member must have gone to my steam profile and read my description or something, which is pretty odd. After all this, my friend, JuiceWrld made an appeal which was instantly denied by the same guy who banned us. We then looked for a discord link to get in contact with someone higher up, anyone. My friend JuiceWrld tried talking to Walter, the staff member who banned us and he got blocked after Walter was rude to him. I looked in the discord and I saw him and a few other people shit talking my server, I don't really care about that it just seems a bit immature to want to start beef between servers for no reason. I was then banned from the discord for "don't be advertising man" which doesn't make much sense considering I didn't even get the chance to type a word in the discord yet. I just want to say I don't have any ill intention for Tits RP, it was my favorite server for a long time. I feel the staff member, Walter was incredibly biased in this situation because I also owned and server. I could see why he thought we might be doing a server raid or something, but I wouldn't do something like that because that's just a waste of time and stupid in general. I am writing this mainly because I 1, want to make sure there is no beef of any sort between any of us and 2, because I feel my friends and I were banned unfairly and think someone might want to give this situation a look. It would be great if I could get in a call on discord with my friends, Walter, and a higherup to moderate the situation so I can explain myself. Also, this was going to be the end but in the middle of writing this a few people from the TitsRP discord have joined mine and started spamming some bullshit along with racial slurs....

Apology / Explanation of "denied" as my post

hecko. I just want to start off by apologizing for my post being very unprofessional. That was not intended and I will tell you how. I was in a discord with the person and after hearing he was making a ban appeal, I started to make a nice denial post which was quite structured and went into a grand amount of detail. Unfortunately, as I was posting it, the formatting of the full post must have gotten destroyed or so. I do not have the post due to the fact I was only saving it for when you were going to post your ban appeal, but I will tell you that you should not ever be back on the server. 

 

Due to the fact that I do not have the original post anymore as it is deleted from my computer because I forgot to save (because I didn't think its format would be distorted), I will try to give the best post I can that relates to the original post.

 

"Main" Story

 I was told by a player named Swave that there were players being racist and advertising and I told him to join a voice channel to be brought up in to talk to him about it (Walter, Gent, Isaac, and I were all in Senior Mod+ VC at the time just talking about random stuff). After Walter brought Swave in, we asked him what was going on and Swave explained that there were players Mass RDMing, being racist, and advertising. Afterwards, Isaac began to say that he will log onto the server to handle them, and we also had Walter go on. (Note: I couldn't log on due to the fact my battery was on 3%, and I was just going to use my computer for forum stuff). There was also B Money on the server at the time and Swave told us that he was online and wasn't afk, but was taking a bit longer. This is 100% understandable due to the fact that Money is a new trial moderator and hasn't had that much experience. With that being said, if a team of mingy staff members from another server comes on to fuck around then it will obviously be quite a difficult sit for the trial mod --->That's another reason why Isaac and Walter came on<---. After about 11 minutes of just Swave explaining what's going on with the server, Isaac and Walter both get on the server around at the same time. Based off of how Isaac had jailed you guys already (well, not 100% about all of you, but a few, he must have saw you guys do something quite bad). After that, Walter came to the sit and talked with you and your other team mates and then the rest is history. You were all banned from the server, forums, and eventually on the discord. 

 

Discord Stuff

After you guys were banned off our discord, we then decided to go ahead and go to your discord and see what that was about. We got the link and Swave, Kilobyte, and I all joined (Isaac joined too, but not for too long). After me and Swave were talking in VC on the TitsRP discord, we had finally decided to join one of your server's VC. Instantly, you come into the vc and said "Hey Booper". And then we just started talking. Afterwards, Caleb joined the discord as well and we just started to have more of a civil conversation rather than mingy insults. After about 5 or so minutes had gone by, one of your friends (forgot his name, but he was a part of your team on the server at the time) joined and we were also speaking to him about what went down. You then started to say that you did say the N-word and I started to go on about saying "Come on now, don't be saying the N word in OOC" or something like that. We all kind of laughed, but that was actually serious. However, that's not just it. You were also Mass RDMing and even your friend that joined told us you were RDMing (this was after Awesome left the vc to go to bed, will explain that in a minute). After I started to go on about saying I can't really undo what Walter does and with what everyone else has said, you were in the wrong. Then you said you were making a ban appeal, and that's when I started to type out my denial reason. ---explained what happened to my post, but just know I was already going to decline him to being a server raider---.  I will try to think of what else happened. Sorry I couldn't go too much into detail as I wasn't on the server at the time and I could only get information from the other staff members in the VC we were originally in (S-Mod+ VC). But as for your friend telling us that you Mass RDMed, he explained that he wasn't the person really breaking any rules (such as Mass RDMing), but he admitted to you being one of the main people Mass RDMing. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

I am currently trying to find the video that Swave has of you guys RDMing just to prove that you were being mingy. All in all, though,

I deeply apologize for the unprofessional response from my Senior Moderator. He should've taken the time to explain the mass RDM, lying in a sit, mass votekick abuse (literally 6x times while I was online, it continued when I had you jailed IIRC, the guy in question you were trying to voteban was AFK inside his base somehow "mass RDMing"), mass racism in chat, mass advertising, mass insulting our server and our playerbase/mass disrespect towards players, and the spam. We received distress calls from a bunch of players that we needed the senior staff on to "handle a bunch of raiders."

 

However, ultimately I feel as though you were very disrespectful to our server and VERY disrespectful by lying to our faces about it. We had no less than 5 staff members witness your activities.

 

I do not control the actions of my staff members outside of the server, save special circumstances. Considering I haven't seen them doing anything to identify themselves as a representative of TitsRP rather than anonymous players, I see no reason to punish them. 

 

Seeing as how you are seemingly content with ignoring your and your staff's actions while blatantly representing your server (I distinctly remember Cyanide saying something to the effect of how we're all niggers and we should join your server because ours is the worst, among other adverts from your colleagues), I believe that to be fair.
