    For now we have decided it would be best to keep the captaint dev1 report hidden to prevent any drama leaking out from it. 
    People were already misinformed on the situation and spread some falsehoods which is never good. If you care enough to know ask captaint himself.

    likewise, it is currently difficult for raiders to keep track of an arbitrary timer, and literally by design, the rule breaks rp.

     

    I think some allowance for extending raid timer while being careful that people can't abuse it to harass base owners would be a good change.

    I think this is the real issue. If someone kills someone right as they are exiting a base with ents, and then immediately is added to the doors or joins the party, then gives the base back their ents, its obvious that it is loopholing. Idk about now but historically staff refuse to punish any loopholing that the player didnt directly admit to to avoid having forums posts made or dealing with higher ups

    Player comes back from not playing for a month and breaks an "unwritten rule" again despite not remembering it exist cause its obscure and quite frankly retarded, and is now banned for it lololol(we need more of this for sure)

    In the current state unwritten rules are just an excuse to punish people you dislike and a reason to not punish those you like

    actually i was gonna flame but you make some good points, namely this, a lot of players(both new and old) cry about how people utilize features to get them changed, without even giving a way to make it better, just complaining saying "erm this needs to be changed cause i dont like it." If you don't like a system then either find a way to work around it, or put up suggestions to actually fix it instead of perma flooding forums and discord with crybaby posts

    heavy disagree. If you are saying its cyclical then the cycle lasts literally forever as consistent basing has been down for more than 2 years now. Raiding has been made harder with every update to it, and basing has been made less worthwhile as the amount of money it gives for each individual ent has shrunk( anyone who argues that making drugs with 40 plots gives you a lot of money is retarded and ignoring that a 1 person base with proc, print, bitminer, and plots make marginally less than it used to, making it much worse for new players). This has lead to less and less new people basing, and raiding, also leading to old players stopping basing as it's incredibly boring to afk base with no raids ever, and most of the old players dont go to do other stuff on the server, they just completely quit. They then either log on every few days to weeks so they can keep CC items or dont log on for months or years. I think adding back in fun sweps that were very common on old titsrp (2015-2017) could help as that added a ton of variety to raiding and basing aside from just being the same shit over and over. Also almost every change that gets push back is literally just someone saying "raiding is op" "no its not" yes it is" "okay then raid me" "no i wont" and thats the entire convo on loop 24/7. If the change was actually good no one would argue with it.

    If they are never raided they will never know that they dont know how to base properly and keep doing what they are doing. A lot of new players just have subway surfer brainrot and actively choose to not learn how to base after being raided a few (or one) times. Saying that people only stick around when not being raided is silly considering all of us were new players once. I would be raided on cooldown by players who were better than me multiple years ago but I chose to keep playing. If new players don't want to do this then no amount of letting them base for free will make them actually want to deal with raiding later on when they do have money. Also buff raiding and access to raiding tools.

    Rather than insult me and miss the point entirely maybe you should think about why you choose to spend your time on the server.

    I've been staff on lots of servers over the years, and I always find interrupting your own gameplay to go police some

    low level rule breakers every 5 minutes is a good way to ruin the fun.

     

    This happens to most mods and they all quit after a month or two.

    The only ones who stay longterm don't even play the game anymore, they just enjoy throwing what little power

    they have around and sitting in circlejerks with other mods and a few power users.

     

    So again, ask yourself why you choose to spend your time here.

    Are you really here to enjoy the game? Or is your idea of enjoying the game fun-policing everyone else?
