April 25th Changelog Added button to join our Discord server from the MOTD menu (!motd in game). Fixed some old links in the MOTD menu. Added some important info regarding custom models to the official announcement. Coinpushers were moved to the bank.

April 24th Changelog Due to recent events I fixed missing models & textures, including Snoop Dogg's bong. Fixed playable piano's missing textures when you press E on it. Fixed the bacta grenade sound. Greatly reduced the size of some of our workshop content to increase load times & reduce our footprint.

April 21st Changelog Added a coinpusher after community suggestions for more ways to have fun / make money. Possibly more arcade games coming soon.

April 17th Changelog Vaper guy has a new name and fixed model. He can buy juicy vape singles to sell. Removed some models from the server that had missing textures.

April 16th Changelog Added back the vaper job for VIPs with a new vape shop employee model. Fixed a issue where a specific gang could level up beyond 70. Made some minor improvements to different job mechanics. Trying our a new method for importing custom player models that should speed up load times. If there are errors for anyone I will revert back to the old way.

April 15th Changelog Fixed a bug that prevented the server from giving Sugar Dollars from the donation store. Updated the !workshop link to the new collection. (everything should still download automatically when you join) Fixed a issue with the forums where you would not be able to type out threads and long replies on iOS & Android.

April 11th Changelog Fixed an issue where new players couldn't join the server unless they had already downloaded the map from workshop. Squashed a few more stinky ERRORs and found some models that were missing from the workshop collection. Subscribing to our workshop collection will decrease load time but should no longer be required to join.

April 10th Changelog Reduced the time it takes for new players to join the server. Fixed some broken models that were still available on the CC editor.

April 8th Changelog Ziggs no longer does fall damage but can't be used when stunned. Fixed an issue where you could use Detective Badge in fountain and other safe zones.

If someone crashes their props are saved for a reason. We will not remove props of someone who has crashed & their props are saved because it is an uncontrollable event. If you crash and your props are still saved, contact staff and we will add the doors back. If you’re basing with someone and you do not own the doors that’s on you. You should be co-owner on the doors to avoid confusion. If you’re saying you are a base buddy and you were on the doors, but the owner unowns doors and you do not remain on the doors that is something that needs to be fixed. If you have been basing there for a while (ie you didn’t just spawn your dupe recently) we can assume that is your base, though you should keep track of who’s ownership is on the doors of your base at all times. I’m not going to remove someone’s base if they’ve been there for a while because they forgot to reown the doors after their buddy logged off. If something needs to be added to the motd to address this we can do that but i really think it’s common sense. There are plenty of places to base and fighting over one spot is just childish. If youve been basing there for a while it’s your base. Own your doors!!

There has been some confusion regarding base dupes that are being sold for DarkRP cash. I want to clear up a few things. If you bought a dupe from someone and you're told you cannot edit the dupe or else you will be banned for scamming, report this person to staff right away. Don't do business with these people, even if they are staff. If you bought a dupe from someone and were warned/kicked/banned for failbase, that is between you and the person you bought the dupe from. There are many base dupes going around that are failbase. Buyer beware. You need to edit the dupe in a way that you do not have an unfair advantage over the raider (this includes crouch / foot / head exploits where you can shoot their feet but they are unable to get low enough to shoot you). Refer to our server rules regarding basing for more info on what is not allowed. There will be no terms & conditions of buying or selling base dupes, no contracts, no guidelines, no policies. If they ask you not to resell their dupe please be considerate. Report failbasing here. Protect yourself when buying/selling digital content online

As of June 2020 TitsRP staff has banned the p2p sale of in-game currency for PayPal. Still, if you're buying or selling anything online, educate yourself and do what you can to stay safe. Although we don't recommend it, many players choose to buy/sell in-game currency for real life money. No one should fear being scammed if they choose to buy, sell or trade any content on our server. We have written the rules in a way both parties are protected when doing a trade like this. With more and more purchases made online nowadays, there are ways you can protect yourself as a buyer or seller of digital goods online. As of 2015, PayPal covers digital goods (intangibles) that are purchased using the proper method under their Buyer Protection service. What is PayPal Buyer Protection? If you don't receive the item that you ordered, or it shows up significantly different from its description, you may qualify for Purchase Protection, and PayPal will reimburse you for the full purchase price plus any original shipping costs, subject to terms and limitations. How can I be sure I won't get scammed? When initiating a transaction on PayPal you are asked who you want to send money to, the dollar amount & Type of Payment. You MUST choose Goods & Services to be protected in case you get scammed or the seller doesn't deliver. Transactions made as "Friends & Family" are not covered. Since there is a small fee associated with the Goods & Services option, you might not choose to go this route but it's the only way you can guarantee you won't get scammed. We will do whatever we can to help if you get scammed for real money, including permanently banning the scammer from the server. We're not a bank so we are not able to refund your money if you get scammed. It's important you take the appropriate steps to protect yourself. How do I dispute a PayPal transaction if I got scammed? Locate the transaction in your PayPal account. Look for an option that says Resolution Center Choose the option to initiate a Dispute/Response and provide any details, including communication with you and the seller. Wait for PayPal to review and respond to your dispute. Check your email frequently. 2/23/19 Reverted back to full MOTD after community discussion Added to Misc Rules: Do not modify a Custom Class in a way that gives you a roleplay advantage. (ex. Standard custom class named "Civil Projection" and using a model that looks like CP to gain entry into the Mayor's office) Gang / Party rules: You must to be in a !party with someone to assist in a roleplay scenario. Being in a gang together does not count. If you're going to kill someone because they attacked your party member, make sure they know you're together (local chat or voice (not OOC/Advert)). Not doing so will cause confusion and most likely result in a sit which no one wants. (This applies to raiding as well) Gang job rules: Bloods & Crips are KOS to each other. You may only require raiders go through 3 doors to get to your entities/bank vault. You cannot have a base that requires special tools/prop climb. It must be raidable by a single person using a lock-pick and/or keypad-cracker. You cannot have a crouch base that exploits a head or foot glitch (or any other body part, don't loophole please). Placing a building sign prevents you from being raided, but you may not have any entities or any form of making money. Trespassing makes you KOS. This means if you trespass someone's house while they are "building" you will die. If it is a public place base, you must be warned to leave first. The owner of the MOST doors in a base is the owner. Not the owner of the front door. You must have your keypads in plain sight and it must be next to the door. Your base must have a clear path through. This means no full blackout/super dark bases, invisible bases, or maze bases where the path is not obvious. Building/loitering signs must be easily visible, and near the main entrance of the base. You may only base in one spot at a time. Do not build your base using props that are not destructible with a C4, blowtorch, etc. (ex. building a wall with a RT Camera screen) Do not abuse non-destructible entities when building your base. This means using them for anything other than their intended purpose. (ex. building a wall with a RT Camera screen, blocking a doorway with a moneybox, etc.) Party / Gang Rules If you're going to kill someone because they attacked your party/gang member, make sure they know you're together (local chat or voice (not OOC/Advert)). Bank manager CANNOT work alongside Bank Heister. Chucky and Jigsaw are at constant war, they are KOS to each other all the time. Medics can assist in raids. The king may only create a mega-base inside the kingdom and not on the regular map. Pedophiles are default AOS (Arrest on sight). Pissed Babies can kill Pedophiles on sight. The preacher can sky-base. Do not use your disguise swep to avoid RP/arrest. Kidnapping/Attempt Kidnapping people makes you KOS as you're a threat to everyone around you. Cop Rules Basic Description: You protect and serve the people of the town. You cannot assist criminals or commit crimes. Becoming a cop so your friend can raid the PD is FailRP/job abuse. Mayor Rules: You cannot assist criminals or commit crimes. Don’t make rules that allow players/CP to RDM each other. Your laws must follow some sort of RP guidelines. Making them stupid will result in you being demoted and or kicked. No one likes a dumb mayor. Laws can not target an individual group, class, job, or person. Make your laws general, and make them affect the entire town. You can restrict areas of the map, but not force people to be there. Misc Rules Rules that generally don't have to be said but are here for the people who need to see them. Do not force other players to get stuck, if they can't move it's not RP. Killing people at NPCs has no purpose, you don't gain anything and therefore is RDM. Fading door abuse is when you explicitly use bound key to toggle the door during any rp situation like kidnapping, being raided, being arrested, etc. If you die heisting the bank you cannot go back. You must call heist again at some other time. Being revived by a necromancer does not mean you can continue a heist/raid. You lost, no second chances. Intentionally lowering people's framerates with a ton of moving materials/flashing materials will have you warned and then punished Misleading adverts are not allowed, making 3 lines of random trading advert then adding a subtle (PD raid) at the end is stupid. If a staff ask you to remove it then please do so. You may request a staff member as a middleman for large (1m+) transactions. This service is dependent on staff availability. During the Kill the VIP, Defend the Vault, and Golden Printer Events, there is no NLR if you are trying to attack/defend the Event (NLR applies to all other situations during these events). You can micspam as any job but be respectful if someone asks you to stop. If they warn you to stop and you don't comply or move away within a reasonable amount of time, they can kill you. Killing someone to save them from being fined/arrested is FailRP. Destroying your entities during a raid on your base to avoid them being stolen is FailRP. Macros/external programs/scripts are not allowed. If a player has been gone for 30 consecutive days from the server without prior notification, you can revoke their custom class permanent slot without being subject to the scamming rule. It is highly recommended that you record their gametracker (Recommended method is via screenshot) at the time of revocation to prevent future issues. Being scammed 1 Mil or more DakrRP cash or any amount of IRL money or Suga Dollars is subject to review and punishment. Selling guns in your gun stand for outrageous prices with the sole intent of either scamming noobs or catching people off guard who happen to misclick your gun stand is not allowed. 2/13/19 Revised the MOTD in favor of a shorter list of rules. This shorter motd will basically make it easier to read. Also, most job related rules have been removed since they are listed in the F4 menu now & you must read them before you join the job. I hope this affects everyone equally and in a positive way.
