  1. I'd like to announce that im refroming to become more of an aggressive asshole than I was before.
  2. Hey Guys, Imma cut this short and sweet. Im changing my name on the forums, discord entirely changed as well as my steam name to Azurion. *Until Sugar Does it* As for my disappearance act. I've been becoming more and more unstable in my emotions and I felt I was too unfit for staff so I left to save myself troubles in the future. It was draining on me emotionally and mentally as I have up til the week I resigned a while back and a week ago have been staff and consistently online for the majority of the past year. According to !stats I have 422 hours played.. There were breaks I did take where I didn't play for a week or so as well as a few days where I just ignored a bunch of people to keep my sanity in check. This is an unhealthy habit to have as a staff member and I knew it all too well. But now everything is in the past and I want to move on from said past.. Formerly Vexxy Now Azurion
  3. If I had a quarter for every time this question has been asked on THIS server. I'd be able to afford a model and weapon and food to keep myself alive.
  4. Gets Denied on Mod App, Takes Break.
  5. Like I said im not leaving, Just being a dickhead who roams around and stares at everyone and bases on accassion.
  6. Its About That Time Isn't it. The Game isnt as enjoyable for me anymore and coming on for me is starting to feel more like a chore than something I enjoyed doing like I did in the past. Im still going to be around the community and playing whenever I get the hankering to sit around and setup a gun shop or play with a new update, report bugs and even suggest new ideas that can lead to the betterment of the server in the future. However as for me and staffing It might be a long while till you see me doing it again. And with this I will be on later tonight (Like 5-6 pm to play depending on if things come up or not.. If things do I'll get on asap.) If you want to play with me on other games like Paladins or League or whatever free to play game I might be able to run on my shitbooter I'll still be in the discord so message me if you see me. // This isnt a Goodbye, This is a See You Soon. //

  15. The argument that we dont need it is purely subjective as much as the argument that we do need it is. The Issue we're facing is that hardly any of you are active and not every moderator has immediate access to an admin because the only admins that are active is walter and neko.(from what i've seen) Its miraculous when we see you or any other admin come on because thats how much you're on the server. No one knows you so why would we bother someone we dont know. "The Aggument that we need new admins is one based upon no reasoning and simply greed." This statement is strictly false as Many of us are wanting the future of the server to not rely on half active admins who "Login real quick and do it." and then you are more than likely to immediately log off thus only proving that you're not willing to play on the server you're an admin on. While im not ripping on you as a person Im just saying in general. We need activeness not usability. If You have any questions please ask me as im not the best with statements like this and probably would be better with responding to questions rather than just "No we dont need them cause you're greedy"
  16. How Could It be Clickbait?

  19. Hours Played : https://gyazo.com/99df8b6b977633328eb3cbe49ff14a41 (Honestly Think GameTracker Doesnt Track me anymore) Vote : For New Admins Reasoning: While it may be a tough decision on who becomes the next admin I dont think that should be a direct con of do we need more. Pros: Assistence with staff team on unusual punishment times for issues not fully known. (I've reworded this 5 times I cant think of a good way to say it) // Say I Was banning someone For some weird situation where There wasn't a direct ruling but it was creating issues for everyone else and the server, I would contact Admin Bob for Assistance on the issue and give him both sides on the story and see what he would think the proper punishment and what it could be accounted as in the ban logs. A Public Figure of Assistance and Direction to help the server for the future. // I've Always Felt that an admin should help steer the direction of the server away from pure chaos into something that is enjoyable for everyone. Players Get Immediately turned off if you join a server and after waiting for 30 minutes cause you dont have the plugins or any of the models and such, to be greeted by ear rape, people screaming at the top of their lungs and being kidnapped and dropped in a cage without a word of knowledge of whats going on. Admins (And Moderators) Should be there to assist the player and welcome them because a server isnt alive because of the features its alive because of the people. Admins should help keep that number of players alive at peak hours and help it grow at the lesser hours (say 3-7 am) Quicker Issue Resolution on Moderator and Trial Moderator Abuse. // In the past I've noticed several instances where other mods and trial mods would abuse their power and keep a hold of their power by Bribing or as with the recent silver case, become a not so great canidate for being staff. With Power comes responsibility and if you're not doing the job you're supposed to do I have a feeling you shouldn't be able to be responsible anymore. (My Vision) If An issue of a moderator or Trial Mod comes up, Admins should be the first people to investigate and having another hand on said investigation would be of great use for the server so staff who arent fit for the job get reaffitted to something they can be more able to handle. Cons: Admins (and generally most staff) aren't on most of the day. // If we appoint someone who is "Kinda" active and gets on maybe once or twice every 3 days. Then thats not a good example of being an admin. While everyone has their excuses, admins should be the most prominant in explaining themselves in why they just disappear for weeks at a time until someone needs promoted or demoted and stay on for 30 minutes and disappear since they've done everything they wanted/needed to do and move on to play *insert game here*. There needs to be a standard for when admins decide they dont feel like playing for a week at a time they should make note of it to the public (even personal issues can be addressed as "Hey, Im Most likely not going to be on for the next few weeks because im dealing with and addressing a few personal issues in my life.") Admins are Generally Public Figure heads for everyone elses complaints. // Admins that im aware of whenever they are online they direct themselves to the direct issues they are getting on for, then they log in, do their thing then roam around socializing. Take note for what you do neko. But Then when people realize you're an admin. Everyone starts directing their complaints to you and you alone. I was close with a GM(Game Master) on a Private server for a game called Elsword. They solely got complaints from the majority of the playerbase about issues and bugs and solely expected them to fix it right on the spot. Mental Stability and Other Life issues need to be addressed before becoming an admin // I've seen many times where someone gets promoted, a few days pass then they have to step down due to life issues becoming more "Havoc". Or They just disappear and come back like nothing ever happened. But then there is some people who can be on for the full time and then the people start draining said person. They become more unstable and more volitile. Its like a molitov Cocktail. Dont let it break cause the moment it does everythings going to go to shit. Do I think we need more admins. Yes, Admins are a Key part in assistance for the server and not every staff member has direct access to talk to one, be it from fear of upsetting them and being demoted, Just not knowing them well enough and only contacts them when they are on the server or anything else. Peanut For Admin kthnxbye... dont hate me pls ... Give us potential candidates pls I want to apologize if this is just one giant incoherent ramble of words, I did this on a whim, with a head cold and with several distractions.
  20. the original 2 vehicles were fine for months Its the new vehicles that cause issues Not saying they weren't fine im just saying, I dont see the everyone has and the ones you gain from perks is, as effective of a means of quick transport throughout the map. So Many issues can come from a car being in the wrong place and overall if there was a better system for cars like (Despawns after 10 minutes of non use (or stolen given to the thief and can be given back if the thief is arrested or killed by you) and can easily be respawned through f4 menu after purchase until destroyed.)
  21. Cars main thing are just quicker transport, and even then you're crashing half the time so is it even worth putting in the effort?
  22. Stop posting 500 posts a day kthnxbye
  23. Perks of being a mod? Easy, Being able to abuse lower ranked staff members and try and drown them in a lake EVEN THOUGH THE GAME WONT LET ME SHOVE THEM INTO THE WATER!
  24. Actually being patient and if a sit isnt being accepted you just be polite and re-report it in 3-5 minutes and be respectful at all times, irregardless of the situation at hand, you dont need to spam chat saying why isnt your sit being accepted. we look at maybe a max of 4-5 sits at a time on our screen and I personally dont just immediately jump onto the train of Accept the sit and finish it as soon as possible. Usually if its a single case of rdm intentions matter. If the dude just walked up and shot you. Ask him and if he doesnt respond then you call a sit. If the dude is someone you've "interacted" with in the past and they came off as hostile then you might want to mention that in the report. (Might more likely lead to a warn/punishment depending on how the user responds.) If someone just decided one day to log on and to be a dick and just start shooting you for no reason then you report it without questioning. If you think someone might be planning to Mass RDM, Please do mention that as It will save us time in questioning. If they are caught too early they might back pedal and go "Oh no I wasn't going to do that" as we have no direct evidence of them doing something as such. Usually watch the killers camera after you've been randomly killed to watch their actions, use the time watching to also write a report as his next actions can prove weather his intentions were to minge or out of hate.
  25. Education means considerably more than just teaching a student to read, write, and manipulate numbers. Computers, the Internet, and advanced electronic devices are becoming essential in everyday life and have changed the way information is gathered. How this new technology is utilized in the curriculum and managed by teachers will have an important role to play in widening the resource and knowledge base for all students. Technology affects the way teachers teach and students learn. To make the best use of information technology (IT), schools need a workable plan to fully integrate it into all aspects of the curriculum so students are taught how, why, and when to use technology to further enhance their learning. If a school does not have a clear plan of how and why it wishes to implement IT, then it runs the risk of wasting money. In schools today, nearly all classrooms have access to a computer. However, many schools mistake this as incorporating information technology into the curriculum. School staff need to research what IT is available and what would best serve the school's purpose, not simply purchase the latest equipment. There should be a policy stating how IT is going to assist pupils' development and what teachers want pupils to achieve (Reksten, 2000). Staff members need to be clear about what they want IT to do for them before they can start incorporating it into their lessons. The only way information technology is going to be useful to schools is if all staff members are well-informed and fully supported. It is the principal's responsibility, and should be part of the school's plan, to ensure that all staff are consulted about the changes, and that the change is carefully organised. Some teachers may be resistant, especially if they have not had much experience with computers, so training teachers is essential in implementing IT into the school curriculum. Staff members must feel involved in the process of acquiring technology, and in learning how to operate it, in order for them to increase their confidence in using IT as a curriculum tool. Teachers are only going to be able to incorporate IT into their lessons if they are competent users themselves (Reksten, 2000). In addition, teachers need to be aware that IT within the classroom is extremely flexible, but that they need to plan what purpose IT serves in each lesson. The skills a child learns are the Comment [de1]: Structure: Introductions The essay begins with a general lead into the broad topic by indicating the inadequacy of traditional teaching alone. It sets up a problem that the essay will solve. See essay introduction. Comment [de2]: Format: Spacing Essays are usually double-spaced or 1.5-line spaced. See formatting and layout. Comment [de3]: Structure: Introductions The topic is narrowed by affirming the significance of IT for teachers and students. Comment [de4]: Structure: Introductions The final sentence is the thesis statement. Notice how the beginning of the sentence is constructed to answer the essay question. It uses keywords from the question: “best use”, “information technology”, and “schools”. See essay thesis statement. Comment [de5]: Format: Abbreviations “Information technology” is followed by its abbreviated form in brackets: “(IT)”. Now that it has been defined, the abbreviation can be used elsewhere in the essay. Comment [de6]: Structure: Body paragraphs The first sentence of this paragraph is the topic sentence. It signals that the paragraph is about how schools need a clear plan for implementing IT. This point follows up on the first point made in the thesis statement: schools need a workable plan. See essay body paragraphs. Comment [de7]: Structure: Body paragraphs This statement moves into specifics; it details particular actions that a school can do to develop an IT plan. See essay body paragraphs. Comment [de8]: Referencing: In-text citation This in-text citation indicates that the idea presented in this sentence is taken from an outside source. The in-text citation gives the surname of the author (Reksten) and the year the source was published (2000). This citation uses APA style. See APA in-text citation. Comment [de9]: Structure: Body paragraphs The final sentence of the paragraph summarises and restates the idea introduced at the start of the paragraph. Comment [de10]: Referencing: Paraphrasing The idea in this sentence is taken from an outside source, as indicated by the in-text citation. The exact wording of the source has not been used, so this is a paraphrase. See paraphrasing and summarising. important part of any lesson, and it is the same with technology. IT needs to be used and understood in all subjects in the same way as the ability to read is necessary for all subjects, and “must be used across the curriculum, in the same way that a pen and pencil are used in most subject areas” (Ager, 2000, p. 15). The best way to plan the use of IT in the classroom is to approach it as simply a learning tool that is more advanced (and more exciting) than the traditional pen and paper. It is vitally important for students to be taught the strategies for using IT. Children also need to be fully informed about the capabilities of IT before being asked to use it. Pupils should be aware that the contexts in which they use IT will change, and they need to know what the appropriate use of IT is and what is not. Whilst it is important that children learn to use IT effectively, teachers must emphasise that IT is not always suitable. According to Apter (1968), the danger is that the “computer dehumanizes people and inevitably leads them to act like machines themselves” (p. 58). Teachers must make sure they plan to use variety in their lessons. Too much IT instruction may be just as harmful to a child as not enough. The usefulness of IT in the classroom, as with any learning tool, depends on the innovation and imagination of the teacher. It is imperative, though, that the implementation of IT into a school is carefully planned. The current information explosion makes it essential that IT be used extensively within the classroom so children know how to use IT appropriately and effectively. Teachers must, therefore, be fully informed about what kinds of IT are available and whether or not they are appropriate for classroom use. School boards and teachers must therefore ensure that all staff have a clear plan about what they want their students to achieve through IT. The appropriate incorporation of IT into the classroom will broaden the minds and skills of students, allowing them to be better prepared for further technological advances Enjoy this essay from google.
