Alpha the thing is, we cant do the sit thing. It would be abused. Say a mod that doesnt know what theyre doing did 250 sits as the mark, he gets promoted... that would be chaos because then we'll have a higher up who doesnt know wtf he is doing and will possibly abuse his role

Holy shit, you are the 9,000th person who said it! Congratulations! I don't care like I didn't care about the other 8,999 people who said the exact same fucking thing! If you want staff to do shit, then that would be hard. No one has perfect staff. When it comes to staffing, I only really see 4 or 5 people doing anything. Others don't do much. Too bad, if you don't like it, then apply and change how the staff team is viewed.

Im not saying they are different. I have to follow my guidelines if i want to stay as staff. If I were an admin, I'm allowed to do it. But I cant just do it to another mod, to an admin or anything like that.

Every time I see someone doing anti AFK, I would usually kick them. However, if it was a mod doing it, I can't just kick them. I would ask them why they're doing it in the first place. Anti AFK is to stay on the server when there are a lot of people on. And if you are doing it, then you are taking a spot from someone who would actually be playing. This only proves my point mods are not held to the same standard as players, mod or player if your AFK your doing the server no good and taking up a spot. How can you ask a mod why their AFK if their AFK they aren't gonna answer so you just leave them be? Cause I have never seen a report about a AFK mod, and mods aren't allowed to do anything to other mods.. So nothing happens. Scored, in my guidelines, I can't just kick / ban another mod. That would be abuse / going rogue. I can get demoted for that. I can only really do that if they go rogue themselves.
