This was discussed in the meeting two weeks ago. It was suggested by majority of the people who wanted a way for tmods to be promoted since majority of the tmods were staying as tmod for months (bad thing). Open up Garrys Mod 14. Go onto your favourite server 15. Open up console and type in +voicerecord (This disables the Push-To-Talk and enables open mic!) 16.
