Why were you banned?: I needed to take a break for 3 days for getting mad & threatening to harass (though I never did go forward with the threat since it was in the sit I requested myself)

Why should you be unbanned?: Because I don't really want to take a break, let alone for 3 days. I was in the middle of unboxing things and gifting them to random players (yeah I'm actually nice like that) until a couple of rando's waltz in and target me specifically. I was first blown up by an assassin while I had a rare vape I hadn't /invholster'd yet. Then about an hour or so later this mayor makes a law I haven't even seen before "No cursing" which I didn't take seriously because I figured it was not allowed. I found it was allowed during the sit. So I got salty because I felt like nothing was being done and the offender's side was being taken simply because I was mad during the sit. He arrested me and made me lose 5 or 6 unboxed item's i had not /invholster'd yet. He warranted my little hobo house, busted down the entrance. Then AOS'd me without giving me a warning or explanation as to why. I explained this situation calmly and cooly to Big Heart until, and this is a BIG until, the offending person Panzer Hawk (who in the past I've had issues with) so I know he singled me out was brought to the sit. He started speaking and lying and trying to weasel his way out of the sit which just made me get mad.  So yeah, I threatened him, mostly because I wanted him to shut up.  So I did this to myself, but I still don't want to take a break. I want to continue minding my own business and not bothering anyone.

 

Who banned you? Big Heart.

Evidence: The sit was taken not too long ago from posting this ban appeal. I hope it's looked and and considered from my point of view.  I feel like it would of gone completely  more in my favor since Big Heart listened to my side of the story just fine until Panzer Hawk was brought into the sit.  Thanks for your time and consideration in reading this matter. If I'm unbanned I won't cause any other issues at all, I'll simply base and give no reason to raid it at all so I can be left alone in peace. That's the reason I mostly play on the server. Usually fish, etc... activities where I can just relax and enjoy alot of the systems. :)

I don't see how this is minding your own business.

 

I'm glad your argument that you should be unbanned relies entirely upon the fact you do not want to take a break. I think you should take a break. In fact, it's in our punishment guidelines that you should take a break.

 

A player with Constant banter to a staff member while they are trying to resolve their issue should result in a 6 hour - 3 day ban immediately
