Kern
my Steam Name: DBKS1998 my ingame name: Kern Your Steam Profile/SteamID: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198797699227/---(i think this is it i googled how to find steam id for over an hour im sorry this is all i could find) Why were you banned?: mass rdm Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because the situation started with a crab coming up and stealing my fish so i killed him and he brok nlr returning and stealing my fish again not 2 mins later so i killed him again and he continued to return and take my fish so i kept killing him everytime he took it. then once in a sit the mod told me he couldnt see in logs if he took my fish or not so he said he has no choice but to ban me. please tell me if im in the wrong here and ill go away but i belive i was dun dirty and was just defending my self, the dam crab kept returning and stealing from me i should have a right to kill him...and on top of that i made 2 reports of him breaking nlr and none were answered but as soon as he reports me not 5 min and im kicked doesnt seem fair. please let me know. Who banned you: bear muffin Evidence: I've no evidence but word of mouth since its not in the logs apparently, the only thing i have are the reports i made on the crab. CoolAIDS
So you admitted to it, I could not see fish line cut logs, and his "NLR" did not really exist as he could keep comming to the beach, so killing him over and over would be MRDM, the only thing I can think of to say you did not MRDM is that crabs are KOS in the water because everyone else is KOS in the water. CoolAIDS
But see there is no proof he kept taking your fish except by word of mouth, only that you killed him over 5-6 times.

CoolAIDS
I guess, but you would need more than 1, and it would only get him punished so this would be more of a report than a ban appeal.

Doc McStubbins
Bear Muffin. When the situation was presented to you, did you check the logs for Inventory, and check to see if the crab picked up his fish or not?
CoolAIDS
I did, and did not see anything in logs about it except what the reportee said, from what was said in the sit, the guy just basically clipped his fishing rod, a few times the reportee did say he stole fish, and I saw that, but kern killed the reportee 8 times
Doc McStubbins
So after confirming the inventory of a couple fish, did you verify the location of the player using ShowNLR? You say he stole fish a few times: Were there deaths between each of those thefts?
