Why were you banned?: "Shooting random people as gandalf"

Why should you be unbanned?: First off, shooting random people as gandalf is a part of his job. In the gameplay tips of gandalf this is what is said: "Gameplay Tips, 1. Your staff will do weird things. 2. It can produce npcs, hurt people, ect. 3. Use it to create confusion and be weird".  Notice Number 3. The point of the job is to go around shooting people and being weird. And if somehow that was just my misunderstanding, you have to be banned for a direct rule violation. The "Shooting random people as gandalf" was just an excuse to get me banned longer. The person who banned me never even checked logs, I only killed one person over my 30 minutes of playing gandalf, and it was a cultist kidnapping somebody. The real rule violation, if any, was attempted RDM which is a warn at most. Also, I'm sure part of the ban was the fact that I suicided to avoid getting arrested, but notice in gandalf's job description it says; "Your staff contains great powers. Powers that turn people into props or maybe it will just kill you in general, be careful." When I was shooting at the cop with my wabbajack, I was aiming at him from the beach to New District and the Ghetto, meaning that the magic that shoots out could have traveled a long way before it hit anything. Since the staff's magic effect only activiates when the magic hits something, it makes sense for that to be true for the Suicide Spell. Anyway, whether I broke a rule or not, it was a very minor violation that should get me a warn at best, not a 5 day ban.

The real rule violation, if any, was attempted RDM which is a warn at most. 

Attempted mass RDM is a 7 day ban and has been for years before I started playing.

 

Nowhere in the job description does it say you are to shoot random people just because you feel like it. I witnessed you shooting at least two other people for no reason. You then ran back out of spawn and started shooting me.

I'm not sure where you get "shoot everyone you see with the staff that you admitted to knowing will randomly kill people" out of "confusion," but the entire staff team has heard this argument before and seemingly nobody can figure it out except these people running around getting banned for doing it. I have contacted Sugar about changing the words so minges (and so far it has  only been ~3 people known to be minges all seemingly within the last week) will stop using this shitty argument, but I have yet to hear back from him.

 

You were indeed banned for performing your job function, it confuses me how you think we're this gullible.
