Items load but the rest of my account doesn't

I have tried restarting the game as well as steam. Looks like half of the account loads. Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

You can see the error in the bottom right:

This is due to the database taking a dump which I will look into more to prevent it from happening. None of your data gets lost and its usually only temporary (although last night it was off for a longer period of time)
