RDM | RDM|" by a person named "Nut" Whom is a Trial-Moderator. (24 hours) Why should you be unbanned?: To start my story off i would like to name the people who where directly and physically involved in this ban. Names : Pingray | Nut | OMG Coke | Bigguy | g.2239 | and me, SomeYunGuy / Elevate | t0m. So, we where at the fountain (right next to it, at the edge) (me bigguy omgcoke and g.2239) and bigguy started begging Coke for money, coke refused a pulled a gun, then bigguy said "shoot me no balls, kill me please", not words to the POINT, but extremely close, not an EXACT EXACT pinpoint what he said just to make that clear. Then, i, whom was standing right next to him, killed him, then a necromancer revived him, and then we (bigguy coke and me) where put into a sit room. Then, we sat in the chair and talked a bit, then i pulled out dual uzi's, because i was bored, and shot ABOVE bigguys head (approx 6 inches in screen size, above his head, where i couldn't see his head anymore, at the very top corner of the admin sit custom room that Nut had built.) I proceeded to fire a few shots, then reload, then i fired a bunch into the corner, and then somehow, bigguy died, and i was very suprised and i was trying to tell Nut i didn't mean to kill him and it was a complete accident, but he refused to listen to me and straight up banned me through !xban , He refused to listen to what i said and banned me for 24 hours for 2 "RDM"'s, though i didn't even RDM him at the fountain, and the kill at the sit room was a COMPLETE and utter accident, because i wasn't even shooting AT him / wasn't trying too. I thought over it and realized HOW i was shooting him, when your in a chair, your playermodel can only turn so far, and since i was looking up, the gun was pointing at his head, and couldn't point as far was i was trying to make it go, which was into the corner, so therefore, decals where showing up on the corner of the sit room, but the shots where hitting the person sitting in the chair just only 2 inches away from me. I hope someone can fix this glitch someone because it got me banned. I did not want to RDM him and i love this server allot and i want to play on the server. I did NOT RDM him the first time, and i DID NOT mean to whatsoever kill him the second time. I should've been warned for a Accidentl RDM in a Admin sit, and not straight up banned. I really hope you take this and think over it. Thanks :3 ! Who banned you?: Nut | Trial-Moderator | Evidence: I attempted to look into my console as suggested, but there where too many errors and other things blocking the way and i couldn't scroll to it sadly. Elevate | t0m Posted July 28, 2018 Author Share Posted July 28, 2018 My Shadowplay is fucked ATM, but he wanted to be killed so i just shot him, besdies he got revived and killed me anyways... We weren't talking about anything in the sit and i always shoot in sits allot of the times and this is the first time this has ever happeened, i didnt want anything bad to happen. I felt bad. I just wanted to do something besides sit there, i meant absloutely no harm by it. If someone asks me to shoot them, and kill them, Then ill do it, because thats what he want's, and the guy admitted it within the sits. Well whichever admin reads this, know he killed me after a necro revived him :3. Problem i don't know how to pm him on these forums.
