Secondly the fact that the person who called the admin on me rdmed me because i was prop climbing in the air on literally nothing and was looking inside some random base on the water. That gives him no right to kill me at all since he doesnt even own the Base. He should have called an admin instead of rdming me. So yes i did propclimb and revenge rdm but he rdmed me and got no consequence. Who banned you? Not Satan Evidence: Being new to the game and especially dark rp. If you did and the Staff Member didn't even look into it I would agree that is problematic. However you still should not revenge kill, you also should have called for staff instead of revenge killing. If you believe that they should have been punished then you are a hypocrite in believing that you should not have been, as you are guilty of basically the same crime. If your story is 100% true, this ban isn't a huge issue and could have resulted in a warn instead of a ban if it's your first offense, and I wouldn't be against an unban given those circumstances. However, if you have been warned about revenge killing before you should already know better than to do so. It is standard for people with prior warn(s) for RRDM get no less than a 24 hour ban for not intending to roleplay correctly. Yes i did tell the staff member but he didnt believe me and no i literally just joined the server this morning for the first time. I want to first state that I did look into your claimed RDM, however the person who killed you was in a gang with the owner of the base that you were attempting to get into and had the right to kill you for it (he even said that he was in the same gang when he killed you) Now as for the ban, the main reason I banned you was the way you acted in the sit. You refused to listen and accept that what you did was wrong and kept trying to get the person who killed you in trouble when he in fact didn't break a rule. Now had you only broken one rule, I would've been more lenient. However, you broke 2 simultaneously with one being a default 1 day ban. With you claiming to be new to dark rp though, I will unban you under the condition that you thoroughly read MOTD to avoid getting into any more trouble.
