Why were you banned: (Mass NLR, RDMx2 "Came Back After I Just Gave You A Chance.") I was raiding a base owned by nathan heff and Bly, I killed both of them, then nathan heff broke nlr and came back 1 minute later to kill me. I was coming back (I broke nlr) and nathan heff was outside with a gun out, I killed him (I rdmed) and was going to continue raiding. I got called into a sit where Grape incorrectly read the logs, not seeing that I killed nathan heff before he killed me. I got warned and returned. I happened to be outside of nathan heffs base when I got returned, he started flaming me so I walked up to his base. Then got banned for 7 days.

 

Why should you be unbanned: During the sit, Grape misread the logs, not seeing that nathan heff also broke nlr, giving me an unfair punishment. I also only broke nlr twice, not mass nlr and I only rdmed once. I believe that Grape was biased against me because he was in a clan with nathan heff and I think he purposely avoided the fact that nathan heff broke rules aswell.

My only other evidence is the damage logs where you can see that I killed nathan heff first.

I didn't misread the logs. You killed two of his basing members, he came behind you and killed you. He killed you first, then you proceeded to come back to their base multiple times, and then when you met Nathan on the street, you killed him. He came back to see why you killed him, then you killed him again. After I warned you and told you to read the MOTD, you went straight back to their base, and started harassing them. This is not a biased ban whatsoever, actually, it was very nice of me to give you a warn that first time. You Mass NLRed and RDMed twice.

i was here through whole incident and what grape said is all true. he killed bly and grimlum and nathan was still alive. nathan killed him then after ty came back and NLR killed nathan, he returned to tell ty he is breaking NLR and ty continue to kill nathan multiple times.

Ok so this isn't biased at all. You killed two people in my base none of which were me, however I ran back into my base to kill you. After killing you, you returned in the tunnel as I was headed out of the area and killed me. I returned to ask you why you killed me and I was killed once again. You were then killed by one of my party members and returned AGAIN. Next a sit was called and not only did grape let you off with a warn but then you returned a final time in an attempt to continue the raid. What you did was wrong.
