i was returning to our base while the screams of my party members filled my ears, sadly the person i killed was a salty mod, I apologize for that but he did exit our base and I did see it, which is rp cause he was trespassing on our land, WE ARE THE SCARY TERRYS CALLED THE CUTEIES

 

First of all, I wasn't salty. You broke the rules and you were punished for it.

Second of all, yes your name may have been on the door to the base, but you see my raid was over and I was not at the base any longer. You killed me down the street when i was running towards fountain in the tunnel which you can find in the evidence. You purely RDM'd me after my raid was over because you were upset that I blew up your party's printers because you guy's could not pay the ransom.

like i said he was using a movement swep and i waited till he stoped to fire (he had chat open when i killed him), from my point of view he was going twords spawn to collect the money froms babs, from past raids she has paid the fine, and i was told that we were getting raided by 3 people not just him

She already stated in OOC that she didn't have the money for them. I then blew the printers up and left the base. 

 

Even if I did leave the base to collect payment, leaving the base would end the raid. Running to spawn to collect payment would give her full ability to return to her base and not be punished for breaking NLR, and would not allow me to return to her base to blow the printers up even if she didn't have the money and didn't pay me. 

 

As well you state i was running towards spawn when I was clearly running towards the fountain. I was typing in gang chat at this time to tell them I blew the printers up because they already left the base.

I dunno man.

• Killing him for carrying printers that he had actually blown up 
  
• Killing him for raiding a party member's base except when you can't just shoot him from across the map now it's suddenly your base
  
• Killing him while he was down the road/almost in the tunnel on the other side of the district//you couldn't have seen him inside the base
  
• Refusing to be clear in the sit and having your friends spam PM him
  
• Being unclear in your ban appeal and your story is changing
  
• Pictures contradict your words ("going towards spawn" vs pictures showing him going literally the opposite tunnel of spawn)
