I was literally standing still, infront of a cop with handcuffs out, then you ran up to me, clearly shooting directly at me while I was standing still doing nothing at all. The law I "broke" was sitting or standing on the fountain monument which I'm pretty sure that law is not allowed, I did not have a bounty when I was the mayor, I asked you to set my bounty to $0 because you fined me for $5,000, which I'm pretty sure you have to fine me 10% of the bounty, example if my bounty is $1000 you fine me $100. You still haven't told me why you handcuffed me when I was the mayor.

I was once again trying to get your attention kryptonite so I cuffed/uncuffed while you were sitting there to find out if you were afk as mayor I had something to ask so this really can't be seen as a problem. Cuffing someone in a sit and making arrest attempts because I thought there was a weapon law was set, means I should be banned? I mean cuffing people only two people were cuffed who claim they shouldn't have been but 1 wasn't non lethal abusing when I was trying to make an arrest attempt. and said arrest attempt is not an offense. Also kryptonite, on my screen I began to shoot you while you were still in motion from the cop and I cuffed you myself and fined you for the bounty I thought was allowed, because earlier you fled the law so I did a bounty on you and I thought itd appear on the board and didnt know 10% was required, also I thought it would stay there so like I said when you reminded me, I set your bounty to $0 to make up for it.

i shoulda just quit when sugar deleted my inventory and money, like he suggested, but i already spent 300 hours in it why not try to accomplish more time wasted? with 300 hours and only 4 warns,2 bans at the time why would I be purposefully trying to break rules like nonlethal abuse just to get banned more?  If this makes sense to you its obvious im not a rule breaker and a minge/toxic player and I don't go around randomly NLA and random cuffing people

So let me get this straight you just so happened after being kidnapped and sacrificed by me minutes prior decided oh he's breaking the law with no laws having being made, decided oh he's disturbing the peace or how about in the sit all the back pedaling you did you went from oh you were disturbing the piece when I literally hadn't done shit yet to oh you had a gun out without a license when my license hadn't been revoked during that time frame and so what law did I break exactly if my license wasn't revoked and I wasn't disturbing the piece. Sounds like you were mad cause you god kidnapped and killed and wanted revenge mate. Cause if you were going to truly fine me the fining menu is literally easy iveI seen you fine people numerous times earlier you had what fined and arrested me 3 times prior to the incident and numerous other people using that fine system seriously this is highly unbelievable mate seriously. And also you were non lethal abusing to the point even when slowed you kepted shooting.
