Cold Testicle wouldn't do anything about it, only warning him once the situation escalated even further, resulting in what it seemed like to me; a 30-second mute. Everything can be found below in the screenshots, while seth_king was being toxic, he also advertised his server. Cold Testicle, in the situation wasn't handling it in a proper manner, so of course Haley got upset, he later switched the situation on her, saying "Actually I think you might be the minge, I should punish you" when clearly the seth_king kid was jumping around only replying with "xD" when we were in the sit. Cold Testicle could also not go 5 seconds without picking one of us up with his physgun and throw us around, which doesn't bother me but I'm sure it's not allowed. I also told him I can bring higher-staff into this situation since he wasn't doing anything to help in any shape or form in the initial sit, in which he got heated and replied "Oh, so you're calling me inexperienced since I'm a Trial-Moderator" in which I replied, "Yes, it says "trial" in the ULX role doesn't it?" In conclusion, this "seth_king" kid is clearly a script kiddie who tries to grab her IP and threatens to DDoS her later (seen below in screenshots). Cold Testicle wouldn't do anything about the constant threats and the constant targeting against her, this same kid who threatened to slap me got away with a 5 second mute and is still roaming on the server. I'm almost 100% sure DDoS threats and targeting a player isn't allowed; and I know for a fact advertising other servers in OOC isn't either. (4th screenshot below). UPDATE 4:51 AM 4/5/2018: Appararently, he was banned for 24 hours, but only after advertising a server in which I guess he plays on. Seen in the 4th screenshot below. I hope this gets extended, but currently as of 4/5/2018 12:40 PM, he's still on the server. IN CONCLUSION (from my perspective): It's not cool for someone to get away with MASSIVE disrespect and targeting a player, and when they threaten to slap a player, and the staff lets it slide in the situation; it's wrong. It's harassment, seen below, it's also constant harassment (he changed his name to fuck with her some more, and Cold Testicle let it slide). Evidence: Long list of screenshots below. What about the Trial-Moderator? He took the sit unprofessionally. Also, his steam said he was still playing TitsRP at 12:40PM, but this cannot be confirmed due to Steam sucking ass at reading a player's status on servers sometimes. He wouldn't do anything for the longest time and muted him for only like 30 seconds before unmuting him. We have no evidence to go on, to see how the Trial-mod unprofessionally held the situation, only that he banned him(which he was suppose to do).
