Why were you banned?: I was banned for Mass NLR

Why should you be unbanned?: I was just walking back to where I was getting rdmed to try and talk to him to see why he's killing me

Evidence: My proof is that Walter said he was spectating me, if he was then he would've seen me get mass rdmed, never once did I try to raid or even take out a gun, I was just trying to talk to the guy shooting me because I didn't do anything for him to shoot me. I think a 7 day ban for going back 5 or 6 times to try and see why i'm dying is stupid. Also when he jailtp'd me I said "You're jailing me for getting rdmed?" then he just banned me right away. I never harassed the guy I was going back to or tried to shoot him back, just wanted to know why I was dying, I thought I would've got a warn or something. 

 

I would understand a ban if I actually harassed him or tried to revenge rdm him but I didnt, i just kept going back unarmed trying to ask him why hes rdming me.

 

 

I'd like to be unbanned and warned for NLR ingame when I rejoin, since all I did was walk back to the RDMer and see why I was dying, if you can help me please do.

EDIT AFTER MY THREAD WAS CLOSED: Even if you think I deserve a ban, there was a guy who broke NLR many more times than me and was actually trying to kill them with grenades using the Trisha job and he only got banned for 24 hours, so can I atleast have my ban reduced to 24 hours instead of 7 days???????

The guy who got banned for 24 hours was most likely banned by a Trial-moderator since they have a limit of 1 day of ban time. Then they have to ask a Moderator and above to extend the ban, so the person is probably banned for a week too.

(PS: If a mod banned the guy for only 24 hours then he fucked up I guess, he should have made it 7 days. If one staff fucks up a ban time we aren't gonna lower it to everyone just for that)

Every time he would go back, the guy who killed him would say in OOC "Stay away from my base, why do you keep coming back and breaking raid timer," AND REX WOULD RESPOND BACK IN OOC. He absolutely, positively knew why he was getting killed but he kept going back.

The base in question was the underground base, the one with the long ramp. With the kind of build where the entrance is blocked off and he's standing down at the bottom by the base, and can basically only see people who are on the props looking in. I was spectating, and he was literally going back and fucking around on the props to his base. Not saying a word, not typing in chat, just continuously going back and back and harassing this guy.

 

Edit:

Telling you where you went wrong and why you're getting banned is not "banning you straight away." The sit literally lasted like 3 minutes because I had to argue with you about it.

 

If you're trying to push blame onto me because you think we're going to buy the excuse of "going back to ask" when you're being TOLD in OOC and you're making NO ATTEMPT TO ASK when you go back, I'm not sure what's going on in your head. An apology and polite request for an unban would've seen me lifting the ban for you.

 

Take some time to think about it.
