Why should you be unbanned?: Okay so, I was banned for 3 days for going to the sewers two times after dying. I get the NLR part however the raid cooldown makes no sense. I didn't advert raid didn't lockpick didn't do anything and the admin just kept taking things I said putting them in quotes and changing the words I said. Walter the Assaulter was being very rude to me and saying things that I said when I really didn't say them. Then he said I was a minge because I had 2 warning from a year ago. I just think that 3 days for 2 NLR is a bit high I had no warning nothing just instantly 3 day ban for NLR.

     I know I don't have to advert raid to raid however I never did anything that would mean it was a raid. I don't have any evidence because how would I know that I was going to get banned for 3 days with NLR. Then with the experience I just had with him it makes me wonder how he really is to the players because he doesn't seem to be the best staff to me making up fake quotes about what I said and not listening to me in general and calling me a minge for no reason.

You kept going back to his base and trying to get inside, you mean. He was in the underground base by the trees/rocks area and the only way he could shoot you is if you were literally standing on his props, and indeed death logs agreed with my suspicions.

 

You kept trying to say it was okay because you didn't advert raid but we told you several times during the sit that this server does not do raid adverts and that trespassing inside someone's base or attempting to break in is considered a raid. There's no way you could be mistaken about this fact unless you were literally choosing not to listen to what we were both telling you several times over and over and held no regard for what the rules said.

This player also had an unhealthy obsession with his base. He kept calling sits about how his base is prop block and how he wanted inside. I had Alfonzo verify to me that it wasn't prop block and Monkey kept asking me how to get in. (Like I was going to tell you how to breach somebody's defenses that I learned as a result of a sit. All I would verify is that it was not prop block.)

Okay, I am going to respond to this by the paragraph how you wrote it.

 

     So, I think that the underground area is the sewers right? I was just going to the sewers because the admin said in chat that you can kill anyone in the sewers. Also, I was interested in why the props we're there the first time so I was trying to peek in the corners to see if I could look and see what was down there. I died and realised it was his props and not just naturally there, so I was standing on his props.

 

     I was confused about that and understand it now just most servers make you advert raid so I just didn't understand that.

 

     I did return to his base twice so it was NLRx2 and I'm not denying that.

 

     I only called a sit once about it being prop block because I didn't realise that it was a base or anything I just thought someone was blocking that area. I also didn't ask you how to get in once you told me that it wasn't prop block I tried to get in and found the way in.

 

 

     Okay so about the sit. You we're making quotes of things that I said even though I didn't say those things and you weren't really letting me talk you we're just jumping straight to the conclusion. You we're calling me a minge as well even though I am not a minge and just being rude to me in general. Also, a 3 day ban for NLRx2 couldn't you have warned me twice or warned me and kicked me or banned me for like an hour or something? That seems a little bit too much of a ban if I do say so myself. No warning as well. ;/

You asked me in chat. I remember feeling slightly amazed you would even ask.

I recall doing this one time, and what I said was "it's impossible to raid because I have to lockpick" and what you said was "it's impossible to raid because I have to lockpick like four doors." I recall finding it interesting you weren't raiding but had to lockpick doors.

You had two warns for RDM from last month. NLR can be from a warn to a short ban. NLRx2 is getting into serious business. It's one away from a 7 day ban.

You should read the rules when you join a new server. Failing that, you should listen when you are in a sit where you can be banned and an admin is attempting to explain to you where you went wrong and help you. I would have left it at a warn, but you would not listen to a word either of us were telling you. I probably told you three times over voice chat alone that raid adverts aren't a thing, and your last words were about how you didn't advert raid. You wouldn't give up that specific point. If it takes a ban to make you listen, we're all the better off for it.

I will shorten your ban to 12 hours. Our raid cooldown is 20 minutes same base. Do not return and continue a raid after you die. Contribute yourself to our community, don't violate the rules, and I will welcome you back as a friend.

Definition of Raiding: Having the intent to invade another person's home. Whether you're being harmful or not, trespassing someone else's house should be considered a raid.

NLR Time Limit: Read NLR rules above/Until the raid or heist is over.
