1-800-Suicide
If you had the time to write !party and join the party you could just say in local chat or voice chat "Hey stop raiding that!" and then if he doesn't stop you can counter it. Walter the Assaulter
I had an entire bullet point list written out, I thought I posted it a few days ago. I just wrote out another response and my browser crashed. This is my third response to this situation, finally posted! You had no RP involvement with this situation. You did not have any form of affiliation with the player (party, wearing the same clothes). You were not actively involved with RP with the player (raid, kidnapping, basing together, selling items). You were not involved in the situation (not your base, not affiliated with player, did not tell raider to stop). DO NOT counter actions before getting involved. For example, asking a kidnapper to release your friend otherwise you might counter the action DO NOT "counter" someone if a friend/teammate was already killed by someone. It only applies when they're being attacked. The first rule applies here. I am reminding you about the second rule because I posted it earlier, but it does not count here because you countered the raid and not the murder. There must be some indication that two players are together (wearing same clothes, in same party and doing things together and not standing across the map waiting for something to happen to your friend, or otherwise making it obvious that those two players share a bond of some sort that would result in you being in danger of being shot if you attacked one). Standing or talking is not player affiliation/RP involvement otherwise people would be taking down the entire street every time they mug someone. You are not known for being a bad boy so this will not go any further than it needs to be. This is an official warning/strike for failure to counter, RDM, and failure to observe the MOTD as a staff member.
