TitsRP
I read the report wrong at first. After a long investigation and a lot of discussion, I have deemed that this report is not entirely needed. This is an issue that can be brought up ingame (which it was) and solved there (which it wasn't because both parties were confident that they were right). Stephanie, from what I have seen, you do a lot of good work. Not as in reporting people but staffing in general. You seem pretty geared towards following rules to the tee which I can appreciate. As some other members said in this thread, staff members are supposed to work as a team and if you both can't resolve a simple issue like this in game then you need to work on that. A report shouldn't go down for every minor detail missed but I can see your point. Nova is an admin and he should be expected to know the rules and resolve issues (like this one) in a quick manner. Letting it get to a report is not really the best thing but you also didn't give him any indication you were doing that. But instead of manning up to it and saying "Honestly, it probably wasn't the best thing for me to do, sorry about that" we are now on page 5 of a report thread that is going to be closed out with no punishment and more of a lesson. To Stephanie and other staff members: Communication is key if the staff team want to improve as a whole. Before making a report thread on the staff member, try to gauge them in conversation and explain why they were in the wrong and resolve it. In this situation, Nova is in the wrong again if you're going to be technical about it. Calling heist from a rooftop away from the area of raid isn't cool. The reason that rule is there is because it just confuses everyone which is why Stephanie said "Nova RDM?" in chat after he died. To Nova: It's okay to be wrong. Please learn to admit it when you're wrong and apologize. This isn't all because of this thread but the other reports too. If you're technical about every situation you have been reported for, you're in the wrong and it's not okay. It's okay to get called out as long as you take that feedback and work on it instead of arguing for pages. Act like an admin and resolve the issue like an admin.
