Why should you be unbanned?:I have just 1 warn,Also i found stupid the 2 days ban,Like 10 minutes before  a guy was ban for mass rdm, he murder like 7 people and was ban 2 days,How a leaving to avoid jailtime has the same penalty that mass rdming? also he could just warn me or ban me for a short time,And that LTAP penalty is stupid, because i rejoin and was in spawn for like 10 seconds,and the admin didnt teleport me or ask me anything he just insta ban me

So I remember the Mass RDM ban for 2 days. That was a trial moderator and he was asking for it to be extended. It was in actuality a 7-day ban. Now that that's cleared, let's move on to the ban. Usually, in this case, I would give you the benefit of the doubt and say maybe you just had to go. But considering how this was the SECOND time you had done it, I had perfect right to assume there was a non-liable reason for you leaving. I had certainly brought you to a sit, ask the reportie and look at this picture, me looking at the logs whilst in the sit, http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1246117982 (yes i know it only shows me looking at the logs but I do not lie and I can 100% assure you I was in a sit). Furthermore, you even ADMIT to rejoining right after, clarifying your motives for leaving during the arrest. Now, I don't know whether its a truth that you were sitting in spawn for 10 seconds, but I most certainly banned you in the duration of the sit so that might have been an error. Furthermore, the logs post-ban don't ever show you connecting, only leaving :/ so I think that debunks how you were able to "spawn in for like 10 seconds"( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1246126492 notice how the picture pre-ban only had 4 entries of him leaving/entering but this one has 5 entries.)

 

I rest my case, and I hope I was able to solve any misunderstandings between me, you and any other members looking at this appeal.

Because you had left. And Since this was your 2nd time, I had perfect right to assume it was LTAP. Considering how a single intentional RDM can range to a 3d ban, I think a mere 2 day ban for FailRP(Since that's what leaving to avoid arrest goes under) that was INTENTIONAL and done 2 times is a mediocre response. Although, If the other moderators believe I should shorten It then I will not hesitate.

This is something extremely minor. Moist had every right to ban you but giving the same punishment as mass RDM just for reconnecting to avoid jailtime is really extreme. I think a 3 day ban would've been more suited for this situation.

Connection logs will show you "Connected" the moment you click "join server." It's not our responsibility if you choose to LTAP and join a different server.

Doing it once is a warn. Doing it again is stupid.

I was just talking about the 7 days since he said someone had mass rdmed and a tmod banned him for 2 days(cause thats their max ban time) and I extended it for him. Tl;DR I banned him for 2 days and his excuse in the appeal was that I banned him the equivalent for mass rdm(which he thought was 2 days).
