If you never served the time, now is a better time than ever. I don't doubt you haven't broken the rules in a month but the ban guidelines are there. Ive already done the time for the shit i did why do i need to be banned again? Stupid that i did that stuff and stupid as to why I would have to be punished for something Ive been punished for already Its like being arrested for a break and enter charge. You serve your jail time then you head back home to serve a "normal" life. You spend a month in jail for the break and enter, then they find out you murdered someone. But you think you shouldn't go to jail because you already got arrested for the break and enter. You aren't being banned for being banned before. You're being banned for somehow obtaining an ungodly amount of warns as described in the MOTD, which opens for every single player every single time they join that you agree to follow by playing on this server.
