There was absolutely nothing stopping you from hitting ~ and taking a picture of the console to prove you had no sit, so it must have been a mistake that you did not upload this picture. After all, it would mean an automatic unban for you and a strike at very least for the offending staff, with us monitoring them and a possible demote if they had done this before. It looks like an admin never looked at your ban appeal. They like to work on their own time and/or don't want to bother reading ban appeals, reports, or mod apps. Re-submit the evidence as a report for being banned without a sit if you like. The only time you should ever find yourself not getting a sit is if you're crashing the server or banned by accident.
