Why should you be unbanned?:

You're prolly not going to unban me but ive been playing on your server for a couple weeks on and off and ive been banned previously for "rda and attempt to leave a sit" which that in of it self was bs i was being stabbed so i arrested the person who stabbed me they immediately called out rda and then we got tpd to an admin sit i stated multiple times how it wasn't rda and that i was stabbed that they could even check the logs but the mod at the time wasn't even listening so jokingly i said well i did nothing wrong so i might as well leave even tho we were in a prop blocked room so were am i to go, but i served those three days and continued to play this server without any problems except one time where i kinda rdmd booper but it was a misunderstanding and he just warned me, i like booper, but today i was playing and soviet joker i think conned me into buying him a processor which idrc about losing 5000 but i wanted to know if it was an actual con or something more so i went back to him and i was like did you bamboozle me lol and he from behind a locked door said no ive been bamboozled im kidnapped and he was obliviously lying so i wanted to see if he was or not. so i attempted to recreate something i saw earlier today where a guy sat down in a chair and got up on the other side of the wall, i didn't think much of it as i was only tryna peak at joker lol, but as soon i as i sat down joker said you're done for kid your done im banning you, he then jailed me and im like for what and he said exploiting and im like i didn't think that was a thing, im not that smart lol, he then said yeah im banning you and i was like ive only done it once i didn't know and he didn't even check my warns or know of my past offences if he was like you have 1 warn and you've been banned before i wouldn't be so offended lol at being banned but the way he went about handling the situation was rude and unnecessary im not denying the prop glitch, im saying i wasn't aware it was considering such a huge offense cause lets be honest no one ever reads all of the rules. im sorry for breaking one of them but i dont think 7 days is reasonable maybe 3 but 7 is overkill.

Plus, you admitted to trying to exploit. Why in the world would we shorten your ban???

 

Plus, Johnson, there is no reason it should be decreased if he actually tried it.

 

Not to mention, an exploit can be a 7d to a perma. 7d isn't overkill at all. As for you Johnson, why do you even think he should be having a shortened ban? You even know that exploiting is a 7d. And if I remember correctly, didn't you also get banned for exploiting at one point?

Ok let me explain what happen'd in my own words, even tho you basically summed it up.

 

I went to buy a processor from you when someone came up behind you and kidnapped you, I tried to back away so I didn't get killed or anything by the kidnapper and ran inside.You did come back to the door and I did say I was kidnapped but that was merely a joke.Regardless of it being a joke that does not change anything, therefor I am not sure why you even mentioned that, but ok. After I said that I saw you spawn a bench and I saw part or your body glitching through the door, and you immediately removed it. Im not dumb, of course I knew what was going on, so I went outside and jailed you and yes I did say I was banning you for 7 days for blatant exploiting.There is no need to check your warns, that would not negate anything considering myself and 2 other people watched you try to exploit into my base.

 

I actually am very confused as to why Cave is even commenting on this, he blatantly exploited and that is a 7 day ban, no exceptions, it should NOT be reduced to a "3 days".

 

Not only that but I want to cover something that you said.You claim in your appeal "im like i didn't think that was a thing" but when I said "I just watched you exploit, so I'm giving you a 7 day ban" you responded and quote "So? I dont give a shit man" so I find it pretty hard to believe you didn't know what it was considering you did it and you said that. 

 

Let me also cover something else, you said in your appeal "cause lets be honest no one ever reads all of the rules" and that's your fault and now that has lead you here. Don't act all surprised and shocked that you got banned and then put that, you don't want to get punished? Read the rules.Simple.

 

Also, you said that the way I handled it was "Rude and unnecessary". I actually was not rude, sure I said "Your done" but that's not really rude and how do you expect me not too be a little pissed considering I just watched you try and break server rules and get into my base by breaking the server rules, see what I mean?

 

There are a few more things I could cover but that would basically be pointless, you legit 100% admitted to exploiting.

In my opinion you should stay banned and I have no idea how or why it would get reduced in any way.

Exploiting is a 7 day to perma ban. If you are unhappy with your 7 day ban, we can most assuredly change it to the other option.
