Existing. When I played hobo, at the same time as it gave me xp for not being a CC (+6) it said "Playing as a hobo, I got you" and gave me +3.

How do you check xp and what do you do with it?

 

If you are a member of an ingame gang you'll recieve gang xp for the actions in the above guide. This XP is used to level up the gang to a max of 60, and each level gives the gang a useful perk. Every 10 Levels the gang will get a talent point to spend on a useful gang talent.
