mark.....for real? in the VERY FIRST VIDEO it shows me in the middle of a sit with two players on a rooftop and then you teleport me. perhaps you should rewatch it before you accuse me of lying

if staff do this to you, then you should perhaps have read the rules that you are tasked with enforcing and have told them not to do so. if peanut butter has done this regularly then he is in the wrong as well. there is another staff member that does this as well but my video capture software captured something else rather then them so i havent had a chance to make a formal report against them with proper proof.

as for the time it took to make the report, that has no baring on the situation and dont need to explain it. but since im thorough i'll simply inform you that the reason was the fact that youtube changed their video editing capabilities within the last few weeks so it was more difficult then i would have liked to get it properly uploaded.

as for your point of view, if i was to say, "gone rogue" as its called and started killing everyone or started mass banning, then yes, a prompt action would need to be taken. a single rdm that is most likely a misunderstanding does not mean you can ignore staff guidelines and do what you like, even to a "lowly tmod" as you seem to think i am. i can not think of a single staff member that will tell another staff member "hey, someone says you're rdming, come here a sec" that will respond with "no". they might not respond because of being afk or simply not seeing it, but thats it.

thing is, you were more then aware i was staff, we had interacted in @ chat prior to that. i've had other staff members bring me then be like "oh crap i didnt know you were staff" thats generally the reaction that is given in that situation. and in the vids, you see nothing like that. you simply see a player with a superiority complex.

allow me to be blunt, i have no desire to "move up the ladder" as far as staff is concerned. if it happens, cool, whatever. but its not my objective. where i am at i can help the server as needed with very little pressure, and im fine with that. i suggest you get off your high horse and start treating other staff with respect regardless of "rank". but given that you are STILL continuing to preach what you did even though literally everyone is telling you that no, you cant do what you did, that its not okay, i find it unlikely that you will.

edit: i apologize, i copy pasted my video format and the link in the first vid instead sent you to a different video. (even though the url was correct oddly enough) this has been fixed

+1

I'm so proud of you, Neeks. It's like a lil' Walter Jr in the making.

@Mark

  • If you make a mistake, apologize and move on. It's the polite thing to do and it would have resulted in a much smoother interaction and this entire mess would not have happened.
  • If staff are violating the guidelines, please create a report. This is why we have the report system. Official staff guidelines > anything anybody else tells you unless it is like Neko/CRT/Sugar directly.
  • None of your points raised contradict the actual argument at hand.

"Why should I ask another staff member if I can bring them if they are RDMING"

  1. Moderator guidelines you agreed to follow when you applied.
  2. You cannot tell if it is RDM without a sit.

I dont understand why I am being punished for something that MANY staff members do TO ME.

Peanut Butter teleport me all the time when not asking when I once was trial mod.

You should have reported him, act like a good staff, not just another staff.

  • DO NOT think you're above the rules. You're not and you're going to make yourself look stupid if you think you can do special RP things since you're staff
  • DO NOT teleport or bring other staff without messaging them first. This goes along with respecting their privacy. Message them in admin chat or steam first

I do not see any exceptions that go "oh but mods can do it to t-mods"

Professionalism

1. Valued in the Workplace

Demonstrating professionalism is important at all levels on TitsRP.  Professionalism can benefit the server's reputation, morale and success. It is not only the individuals in leadership roles that need to show professionalism. All people should demonstrate the skill of professionalism to be considered for promotional advancement, recognition and to show the other staff their supportive and professional side. Professionalism will go a long way in your personal career success, as well as the success of the DarkRP server you are working for. It will also be valued when looking at those up for possible promotions.

2. Professionalism to the players, Owner and Other Staff

Professionalism is not recommended for sit only. Professionalism should be displayed at all times and to all groups of people. If you display professional behavior only in sits, your fellow staff will start to see that you are not genuine, and you are not able to act appropriate through your full time on TitsRP. Professionalism to each group shows your true self, your commitment to the server and your high standards in work and ethics. If you are rude or inappropriate to others, you will not advance to higher staff ranks and may even lose your position. All people you encounter deserve to be treated professionally.

3. Professionalism in Your Work Product

It is important to know your professionalism is not just displayed to others, but through your work as well. To be successful you need to show a quality work product that you take pride in. Your professionalism to your work can be as simple as not putting jokes or roasts in bans or warns and consistency in presentation. You must take pride in all aspects of your work.

4. Practicing Professionalism

Now, you know why it is important to be professional, but how do you do it? How do you demonstrate professionalism? You can demonstrate this through interactions that are appropriate, respectful, preservation oriented and with a positive attitude. You want to treat all people with respect, and you want to be open and accepting of feedback. Can you control your emotions if something frustrates you? Do you storm out of a meeting if something is decided on that you don’t agree with? How do you behave if you are feeling stressed? Are you rude to others? Avoid a grungy appearance, bringing fellow staff without permission, inappropriate language/volume of voice, missed deadlines, lack of motivation or care, blaming others, not respecting privacy and not holding up your end of the work. Demonstrating your pride in the company and your work, your ability to be non-judgmental, your self-control and your maturity will show the world that you are a real-life professional... moderator!

A strike will be marked against CX Mark.

Mark, please be mature about your staff position. You are all doing the same job, for the same purpose. I understand your concerns, but you still need to be respectful regardless.

For example, a report is put on you, and one of your statements in it is saying it is sad it took so long for them to post it. This is irrelevant. This is the kind of stuff that gets you demoted

Get your shit together
