unfair ban/false ban, please read/help

So basically what happened was I got info from a mod (I believe Dolan) That saying I scam after I killed syra in my base as part of a scam in OOC is Metagaming. I thought it would be NLR but I stuck with Metagaming. So I told him that he should not do that and I verbally warned him. After that he did it again and I warned him for metagaming. Then some time after I adverted my processor scam and he said once again I scam. So I brought him to a sit and told him it is Metagaming. I said im gonna warn you again and then he stood on a roof where I brought him and he said "Uhhhhh" and left. I don't know if that counts as a sit but I banned him for the LTAP. I had no idea his internet cut out or something but I couldn't really do much at the time to tell if it did. I have NOTHING against you Syra and I think you should be unbanned (even though you are and I cant plus 1). If the warn was incorrect then I will admit to warning him incorrectly. But I still think It was at least NLR. Once again Syra I have nothing against you. Also Mr.President are you saying I shouldn't be staff because I scam???

For all that don't know....  Metagamming is when you achieve RP information from "out of character."  This could range from typing in OOC locations in OOC chat, "Stream sniping," etc....  Since, this server isn't a serious RP server though, metagamming isn't really huge.  Usually you slap them on the wrist for metagamming is either 

1. Achieving Codes to bases/pd by either switching jobs or OOC
   
2. Screaming for help in OOC about player x kidnapped you and you are at x location in OOC.  Even other sources of chat could be a little bit questionable.
   

Now from what I am reading, 

• Syra is stating that he didn't write in OOC, which means that no metagamming was shown.  
  
• On the other hand, from deciphering what Believable Salmon wrote, you were compromising his rping by typing in OOC that he scams. I don't really understand where the NLR comes into play here.
  

Overall, everyone is pointing fingers and there isn't evidence supporting either claims.  I hope this was a valuable learning experience....
