I mean, Gumbowl, you should've been more appropriate in this situation. Like Cicada wrote, you're staff, you're meant to fix the problem not start an even bigger one. While erick might've had some spelling mistakes, what does that change? You don't have to insult him and ignore him for it, erick's a great dude and I don't think he deserved what you've said to him, you should've toned down the attitude and actually helped erick instead of arguing with him and starting a problem that's now gotten you into a report on the forums. Erick, while he may sometimes get a bit out of hand when he "trolls the trolls" or if he's got a problem he might spam the admin chat a little but so what? He loves the server and is nice to everyone except people who minge him.

 

 

My final opinion has to be -

 

+1 for Punishment/Demote

Maybe if you'd like to switch around the attitude and you'd like to help people even if they've got a few minor mistakes in their admin call message, you might get another shot at the whole trial moderator deal.

Gumbowl since you've been given staff you've been struggling with the rules.

You've made so many mistakes, and by staff standards you've been extremely low functioning and ineffective. That being said, making excuses for your bullying of a player as staff are laughable. It is NEVER Okay to bully a user as staff, furthermore it is also never okay to harass a player by constantly denying their sit requests, and it is definitely never okay to make fun of a user for their English speaking/typing skills.

You should know when to joke and when not to, like you should let that person know we are cool enough to joke with each other. But the reason im going to +1 for demote becuase you never said jk or be like " Jk dude remake ya sit I got you "

You gotta know you're status with people before you decide to joke around example: I can call peanut a bootyhole and his going to simply reply back with a smiley face or something cause that's our status as friends.

This would not have been so bad if you had stopped at just insulting his spelling. But went as far as to say in Admin chat that you do not care about that person. 

 

The player was only asking for help, NONE of this was necessary. 

 

The amount of disrespect directed toward him was unnecessary, and unprofessional.
