Morris
It being connected to the ground doesn’t mean it’s not a sky base. Check the MOTD for the rule about prop climb bases. Only exception is preacher. This is not %100 true, in the hobo rules it states "Your houses can have multi-layers (essentially prop-climb within your house)", and this base did not look exactly done. This all seems like a gray area that is not fully defined in the rules, servers have different definitions of a "Sky Base". Regardless I don't think the base should have been judged until it was fully finished, and I think the rules don't really cover this area well and should be edited to be more clear. Backwards
I was jailed inside my base, and I was warned for a skybase after the fact that I already had changed to preacher when being asked to by staff. Multiple full mods agree the warn was invalid directly because I was asked to change jobs and I did.

If the warn is for skybase and you changed jobs i will remove it
Backwards
I had changed jobs and THEN he said I still had to "learn my lesson" or something so he warned me, I would appreciate it if you removed the warn

He can jail you to detain you for a sit so that you don't leave or attack or etc. The warn should not have been given if you cooperated with the sit, although I can maybe see why he did if you had killed him while not being able to baae there, but I do think it should be removed. +1 to Remove AWarn -1 Punishment to Yena because they are doing pretty well other than this and I think it's the first report on them. But hopefully they will learn their lesson from this incident.
Eight Sad Faces
There is no point in creating a new re port fir this so here we go: Yena has a really annoying tendancy to jail for killfeed. Like Ill raid the pd have adverted pd raid, but get jailed by yena as a result of killfeed. This usually gets resolved but as what looks like happened here, Yena then tries to find technicallities to punish after the main reason is disproved. Dima can attest to this. It has happend multiple times and usually end with a significant amount of profanity from my end as I was jailed for properly rping. Every time he says "he was just checking" but it sucks. I have some evidence but don't feel it is necessary to post, not looking for significant punishment but maybe corcorrective action
AflictoGaming
Your base is still considered a skybase
