(Their name and profile): Tunnel Snake Yena the Trialmod Reasons why you are reporting: As a hobo, I had built a skycannon. Fully connected to the ground and legal. I decided I wanted it to be restructured into a base, so I built a platform where the skycannon shot. Trespassing is naturally KOS and I even had a KOS sign but that didnt stop Yena from jailing me after killing him. After I believe he realized he was in the wrong he stuck around and wanted to punish me for having a skybase. I was told initially that it was legal because it was connected to the ground but then was being told it was a skybase, so I changed jobs. Even AFTER I changed jobs when told to by Yena and another staff member, (Can't remember the name) Yena still wanted to warn me for having started building it when I was a hobo. I obviously fought back because the reason I and multiple other staff thought was invalid. He eventually decided to just warn me and I kept wanting justice for what happened and Wavy came to help and tried to explain to Yena that what he did was wrong but Yena seemed so fed up that he was saying things like "I don't even care anymore just demote me" over and over. (I don't think I have full screenshots of all the times he said it) Wavy advised that I make a report and Yena admit he made a mistake, and I agreed, but Yena seemed like he didn't want to admit his mistake. So then I went back cause it was a skybase even some other staff agreed with me. So I was trying to tell him to switch jobs and become a preacher. Them he started arguing screaming at me at the point I can't even have my mic on. He disrespected me saying "FUCK OFF" in voice chat. Then I told wavy to come and he did and I asked him he said "No need to warn him" but I said he was disrespecting and arguing with me so let me warn him. Then he said in voice chat you know what do what you want so I warned him. Because he disrespected built a skybase as a hobo "in the middle of the sit he changed jobs" so that's why I warned him. I wouldn't have warned him if he wasn't Disrespecting me/arguing with me to the point It was ear rape. P.S his pillars weren't there he just put them there when he screenshoted that you can ask Dolan and CX Bot even Wavy and more people, also I was mad at wavy cause he seemed to want me to get demoted so I was saying just demote me then. Accidental or not you have to be more aware. And now you do this? I didn't falsly warn your friend I brought AWS to make sure I didnt and he said it was valid. I jailed you because the props inside the base were spirits and it didn't show on the bottom of your name you were in a party with him so how am I suppose to know? Backwards Posted September 24, 2017 Author Share Posted September 24, 2017 First of all, you did not jail me for any reason other than me killing you, which is perfectly allowed, KOS sign or not. If you read the MOTD you would see that trespassing is KOS by default so having a KOS sign is nothing more than letting people know, which I think you understood because you unjailed me without punishing me at all because you realized you were wrong. Second of all I admit I told you to fuck off, but that was during the time I was jailed for a rule that doesn't exist WHILE I was building the base. You completely interrupted me and my RP and I had no say over the halt of my building and the delay of over half and hour which turned out to be completely invalid anyways Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ive seen him do it a lot, not to mention some people seen him do it as well and even a mod caught him. Only exception is preacher. rip so if I understand correctly he unjailed you and then gave you a valid warn? that would mean the only thing he really did wrong was jail you if you didn't do anything wrong or pose a threat to him during the sit.
