So after that, while i was walking from spawn back to the base i met the same cop who was gravity gunning my printer( take note that this location was far away) and killed him. Ceejay then warned me for NLR and then decided to ban me afterwards and gave no thought to what i was explaining( he was busy doing other stuff and didn't even reply to my questions and stood there for sometime). Ceejay LITERALLY SAID NOTHING THROUGHOUT THE 2 SITs EXCEPT FOR !XBAN . I do not understand how is that revenge rdm because there was a reason for me killing him as he was holding a printer( so i acted as if it was a new life and since he was holding a printer i killed him to steal it ). I also don't think it's right to get double punishment of nlr warn + ban. If i already got punished why am i punished again? That makes me very curious. Excessive Force and trying to steal a printer as a CP. As for you... If you go back to the same rp AT ALL or immediately interact with the same people who just killed you, that's NLR, you killed him, RRDM, and you also did or tried to do a Violent Theft. You admit to all this and could be banned for up to 3 days. However you should not have been warned first. Those are different punishments it should have been one or the other. I wanted to remove the warn and just ban you but tmods can't do jack fucking shit. I asked you what happend you just said a cop took your printers, you never said he just sniped you. You said you had a printer the cop went to you and just killed you and ran away with the printers. You're still in the wrong for the revenge rdm. I am very fucking sorry about double punishing you i really didn't want to do it. I just got my rank back from some stupid shit yesterday so please don't demoted me, I'm sorry. Also your vote will not count. Js. KOS - It WAS intentional, he went back to the same place he died and intended to kill the same person that killed him and steal his printer back. Even if he didn't think of it that way, that's how it was. CeeJay - type !warns and check their record before you do any kind of punishments. You ALWAYS issue warns for minor offenses like this, unless their record shows they do not learn from warns, they are noncompliant, or clearly didn't give a shit who they were killing.
