Fuckoâ�¢ Posted July 19, 2017 Share Posted July 19, 2017 (This is an appeal for the both of us in that we were banned for the same offence, time, and circumstance) Your Steam Name: Fucko™, Snap Dog Your ingame name: Lubricated Larry, Oily Jim Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:1:40279055, STEAM_0:0:3838150 Banned by: The Joker / Harleys Guardian STEAM_0:0:109700835 Why were you banned?: Exploiting Why should you be unbanned?: The grounds for our ban prove to be extremely inconsistent and lacking concrete violation of server rules. Our offence is only vaguely labelled as “Exploiting” with no reference provided to specific aspects that warranted an immediate and unscrutinized ban as was given. The discrete location in which we were bitmining and money printing is reachable with minimal knowledge and know-how of the game’s most fundamental tools. It can be hardly ascertained to exploiting with such limited, superficial use. The common sense precedent cannot be invoked in this circumstance as the rules already explicitly outline the most obvious server regulations (e.g, Do not minge, Do not rdm). If this generally loose natured server had been severe against offences such as ours, it would have had to specifically state a rule condemning exploits or abusing basic in-game tools to be consistent for our punishment. The fundamental basis of our ban being a highly subjective and muddled implication invalidates our ban to a significant extent. In addition, prior to us being removed from our place of printing and subsequently banned, we had already been sighted by an admin no-clipping through our wall and making exact visual contact with Oily Jim long enough to realize our supposed infraction. He proceeded to leave immediately afterward and not make any remark or notify us of any wrongdoing on our behalf. This gave us circumstantial confidence in steering clear of server rule infringements. After a period of about twenty minutes, the same admin as aforementioned returned and administered our bans without allowing us an opportunity to contest or providing us any constructive reproach. I hope a consideration can be made to these fallible elements in our charge. Try remaking this report and putting some sense into it. You spent most of the time describing how you didn't do anything wrong, than describing the offense you were actually banned for. Right but our issue is that we weren't warned nor confronted when this moderator had seen us in there. It doesn't help that exploitation isn't a rule written in the rule page. We figured that it was fine since he didn't speak to us about it. It's not like we were abusing something that would be somehow harmful to other player's gameplay. It was an isolated incident that could have been resolved in a more constructive manner.
