Shifty even said himself he looked inside of the 1 way to look at the base :/(i think it was to see who shot him i dont remember, but either way it is an exploit)

 

 

 

Either way, you guys had put a one-way prop with material on it, adjacent from their base in the road. They even claimed you were looking at them(reason they shot was because you guys were exploiting)

 

 

 

I have never heard of a CC allowed to build in the road, and if im wrong, i'd like an admin to correct me(or sugar)

 

 

 

The CC is owned by Chameleon btw

there is not a job on the server that can build on the road. Only exceptions are: Hobo on SIDEWALK or King in megabase

Oh, I was not aware of this. I was told by someone in game that we were and I assumed because they can be CP or Raiders that it was an option. My apologies. A 7 day ban?

As this is being brought to a close, I just wanted to summarize the totality of the thread in a list.

1. I was unaware that CC's cannot be hobos although other people said it was. Thanks Tunnel Snake Pixel for clarifying.
   
2. We did (attempt) to make a hobo base adjacent to Ashkotor's base.
   
3. Foul play was not intentional on my part at all.
   
4. I was NOT the one who placed the props or came up with the idea. Shiftywizard was the one that suggested the base and placed the prop. I just followed him.
   
5. I have based with shiftywizard a few times before but mostly it was fair processor mining and unraidable bases. I did not think that he would exploit to his advantage.
   
6. I am NOT going to defend shiftywizard because I do not know his what intentions were and he did not make a ban appeal about this.
   

I admit to using the CC unfairly because I was not knowing of the rule. I am sorry for the misunderstanding as I wasn't trying to get caught up in anything fishy. I thought we were just going to make a base together. I ask for my ban to be shortened at the very least as long as Dindu is feeling kind. Thank you all for helping out and giving what you think of the situation.

Okay, i can understand your position in this whole situation.

 

 

It was not your props, however you were involved in what was taking place and you could have easily prevented it. Im sure you knew that could be exploited in that way.

 

 

 

After thinking this over, i have decided to reduce your ban. You don't seem like you intentionally committed what you did, and it wasn't your props. However, again, you were involved in this just as much as Shifty was.
