I Killed the guy because he was evading me. The LTAP part was i had to go eat and when i came back to rejoin i was banned for 4 days. Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too. So "technically" since there's no evidence I'll wait for the banning staff to show up.
