Let's say for a second you DID innocently sit on a prop, and the prop owner DID knowingly use the precision tool in an attempt to exploit you into a base. What would a random stranger have to gain from that? You're not "raiding" with them, you're not affiliated with them in any way, yet instead of warning you and probably ultimately shooting at you for getting in their way, said stranger decided it would be a cute idea to push you into a base. Not to mention neither the banning staff nor the appellate user have any evidence to cement their case. This case is like putting a round peg in a square hole. The pieces just don't properly fit together. 

 

Now don't get me wrong I'm not calling either the staff or the appellate a liar, bit as a complete outsider something just doesn't fit properly.

 

I Don't even know if we're voting on this or if zareox and pump just gonna go back and forth until the ban expires but if we are voting I am a strong +/- neutral

I'm leaving My statements as is I'm only posting this to say that I put down my side of the story and that's all that was needed. I'm sick of seeing 5 page threads with this stuff of back and fourth fighting. I'll wait for others to vote on it otherwise I see it as the ban should stay.
