I arrested at spawn but didn't know you werent allowed to do so. Then, he left me frozen and walked away from me, so i kill in console cause I thought he forgot about me. He then jailed me and when I explained what happened, he said nothing and just banned me. Pretty bad mod. Why should you be unbanned?: I just joined the server. I didnt RDA but did arrest at spawn so he should have just warned me, but bans me instead. I should have just been warned. Zareox Posted May 31, 2017 Share Posted May 31, 2017 Not sure who banned you but seems like your missing parts of the sit.. We dont just freeze people and leave everyone is required to have a sit. If there was an issue why not report it with @ rather than taking it upon your self to arrest someone in spawn breaking the rules? Also you never listed what mod banned you? any evidence of how the sit went down? He acknowledged it wasnt RDA and said u cant do itt at spawn. I said okay, i didnt know. We got shot at so he left me for about 5 mins so i killed myself. So here's what actually happened: I was talking to somebody about another issue in spawn, not a sit, but staff business nonetheless. While the person is in the middle of talking this Ritchie person comes up and looks at us both before RDAing the person I'm talking to, in spawn. As I follow Ritchie, he uses his autowant to want someone else in the little tunnel so I used my admin stick to freeze him. I asked him if he remembered me, and he said yes. He said it wasn't RDA *because* it was in spawn. I explained how that is pretty much exactly what RDA is. Then I was randomly stungunned by someone and when I turned to see who it was Ritchie console killed. Not knowing if he would stay frozen or not (he didn't) I jailed him. I tried to explain to him a second time what was going on and he just looked around the cage like nothing was going on. He kept asking in ooc and admin chat why he was jailed while completely ignoring the fact that I'm right in front of him telling him why. So I figured he was just minging and banned him for a short time. classic "I didnt RDA but did arrest at spawn..."
