AngelOfSin Posted May 18, 2017 Share Posted May 18, 2017 hecko I am the one who banned you, I'm sorry for assuming it was a script you were using but i gave you multiple chances to reply and the timing for the barrels seemed fishy. I, for one, feel that farming any source of income while afk using outside means (auto clickers, scripts, etc.) is unfair to others especially since you blocked off the pipe to do this. The ban you I issued was only for 4 hours so idk if this appeal will actually matter as far as getting back into game faster goes. Side note: the only reason I issued the ban was due to the fact that I thought it was a script. Wouldn't an autoclicker auto buying barrels be the same thing as avoiding an auto afk script with +left? In fact, shouldn't it be worse considering there is not nearly as much of an advantage gained from spinning in a circle as from filling chemical barrels, etc.? An autoclicker is just a simplified script to click every X seconds so I'm confused as to why its allowed lol, shouldn't this fall under unfair advantage? I don't think it is, because auto clicker is not a part of the server's content and is giving him an advantage in that he is able to farm barrels, making them more valuable, while also afk - an unintended use of the chemical pipe. I think it is a case of inter-staff confusion how to enforce a certain rule more than being "allowed" but I will let staff decide that. Voltz is an alright person as far as I can tell. he's not a trouble maker. 4 hours is a reasonable ban time considering he probably dididn't get THAT much out of it.
