I mean he shouldn't be banned for being a dickhead and asshole as you may call it. Yea that may be, The video also makes me think he should get punished. But yes I agree. I feel like most of the time he just deflect what people tells him and does not seem to care at all. I've seen him break rules lots of time just to laugh in my face afterwards.I can't prove any of this since i wasn't recording. When i brought gnome to the sit he was disrespectful and just repeated the same things basically saying it's not technically against the rules. I witnessed him minging and harassing smitty, I told him to stop and to stay away from each other. The actual quote he is paraphrasing is me saying that 80% of tmods just fuck up within a week or burn out and that even someone like me who isn't that great with rules or logs could do better than half these idiots. He had been argueing with me in OOC beforehand and we both were largely pissed off at each other. I did not do anything against the instructions of Risitas who I believe was right about what ought to be done about the situation. Also how would you "witness" anything? The only time you were around was when we were in a sit and the boombox never touched his window or went near it after that sit. At this point there is alack of actual valid evidence for half the things renaldo is claiming and staff are making decisions based on lies and paraphrased half truths. The issue comes in where you two were throwing hands already and a staff member told you to stay away from each other. Gnome is toxic and a minge at heart so it's pretty predictable he did something along these lines. A lot of people don't understand that you can kill these people if they are attempting to minge you, it's called being hostile, show them they are messing with the wrong person. No one RPs anything out anymore, it's just "lets get the admin and slap a warning on him". If you told him to move because you didn't like the music and you warned him a few times for that reason then by all means, blow his brains out. When he comes back to do it again, blow his brains out again and take his boombox and hide it in a room. If he calls an staff on you for RDM, explain the situation and hopefully they will believe you. But either way.. a sit did take place and you two were told to stay away from each other.
