If mods can warn other mods why cant mods ban other mods, makes no sense there.

Ban reason is there yes, I use ban reason if its something like failrp or rdmx1 or rdax1 or something small once it gets to the bigger scale like mass anything it just doesnt come to mind. If its a ban to say we know your only here to troll why give a reaction? just get it done and over with.

 

Because a BAN is A LOT difrent than a WARN, A ban does not allow the player to join back and a warn is more like a reminder. Also if that gut made a ban appeal his ban reason would state "bye bye"

You must ask staff members before teleporting to them or bringing them. I can tell you this with 100% certainty because I was yelled at for this.

 

 

"bye bye" is not a valid ban reason. In addition, if it was not his sit, it is not his place to punish the user. That part might be minor, but my question is was he a part of the sit AT ALL? Did he ban this person without going through a sit with him? For the reason "bye bye"? I see he brought him, but did he actually hold a sit? I don't see him bringing anybody else, did he ban him for 7 days for "bye bye" for RDMing just Zesh as far as Zesh knew?

 

We have staff guidelines and common courtesy for a reason. If he isn't interested in following them and, indeed, he made a thread asking if he should resign which tells me he cares very little about remaining a staff member, I do not see him being a moderator for much longer.

 

Walter I banned for bye bye because I refuse to waste my time on petty things like people who join to troll, no he did not just rdm me he was sitting out side of spawn and rdming people, and i watched him do it and people were complaining. Thats how it went down. Why have a sit for people that are just trolling. anything thats mass that is legit mass rdm nitrp I dont waste time on, because i know the results in the end and its pointless. "oh its just a prank" "I didnt know i couldnt do that" "whats rdm" ive had millions of this and thats. I know from experience whether players are trying to rp or not.

And if he made a ban appeal which is doubtfully gonna happen due to experience and ive been doing it for a while I would be amazed but i would also say Im sorry for the misunderstanding the reason you were banned is "mass rdm". due to the fact that bye bye mostly means mass rdm as i ban for rdmx1 and so on.

How actual hard is it to just type "Mass RDM". Its really not hard, its 1 extra letter then "bye bye".

   Putting the right ban reason is important in my opinion. Putting "bye bye" does not tell you much at all. I suggest stop trying to create these little rules or things you refuse to do, as its just making you look worse, and just pretty much separating you from any other staff anyway.

Its not, its just repetitive and I like type new things, like maybe next week it will be You have received the ban hammer from zesh.

any extended bans are just tmods names from me, because its not my ban the reason is goto the person who asked for an extend.

Things that you like to type don't help any other staff identify what the ban reason was for. You're actually placing your wants in front of everything in which making a staff members job harder to do when they try to find the banned person and why they were banned, because now they have to go and ask you what "bye bye" means

A staff does not require a reason for the ban if it doesnt concern them in any way shape or form. which it shouldnt, i staff my way you staff your way. The problem i have is people like you dont see it happen often so you find it an issue, how come only 3 mods question me about this but 87 community players dont? they continue on with their rp.

All I will add is I have known Zesh since I firat became a Trial Mod and helped me alot, but he has always had that attuide as if because he haa been a Moderator longer that he knows everything and is better then all the other Moderators.

 

I undestand you have been a Moderator for a year or more now but you need to understand you are not better then any other staff. 

 

I think it is time you step down. A lot has changed since you became staff. There is a reason no one stays staff forever.

They're players, it shouldn't concern them. Its not there duty to look out for what staff are doing. We are staff, we all have the same job, and tend to tell each other when one makes a mistake. I just don't understand what is making you think that you sit over the top of the rest of the Moderators. You told me earlier, "if someone has an issue with a new staff, they come to me. End of story". You are thinking in a higher rank then you really are.

I dont like when people feel the need to tell me what to do and repeat it several times which is why I said screw off basically you can tell me once if i dont accept it i dont accept it. do not keep on agitating a situation thats just cancer. point is yeah maybe i should step down but i dont want to step down knowing that erston stays up alone at night in my place now that ive been banned and came back, I took the night shift because i rarely sleep due to working so much i run off of energy drinks.

@steve again, the older players prefer the old staff because they know them better and have preferences. thats why some people put zesh in the sits.

That's the thing though, lots of the older players are starting to leave now, its getting filled up with newer players. The new staff will become old staff someday, and the new players will become old players someday. It will just keep cycling. There aint much for old players left, they either usually don't come on, or just left and went off there own path in general.
