Warn removal

There was no "warn apeal" section so I figured this would be best

Also this is not for me this is for a user with two false warnings.

Why were you warned?: 

1) Double warn from issac 8 seconds apart for RDM and one for ATTEMPTED RDM IN SIT (remove one it does not matter) (DO NOT warn people for 3 different reasons if they broke three different rules in one act. 1 warning will do and they should learn from it. If they don't warn them again)

 

2) Moist Chicken warned for (Prop climb) we talked it out the three of us and that warn was wrong replaced with a right one the old one needs to be removed
