I was then stuck there and I could not do anything. I asked an admin to tp me back into the map, but received no help so I killed myself in console. When I was doing this a chat commands box came up. I was finding a command where I could get out of the menu and then I was banned. I was with my friend Swaggy Potato at the time and he had no idea what it was. I'm fairly new to Garry's mod but I did some research and it said I was banned by the anti-cheat [Quad 0]. I have never cheated in any way and if being outside of the map was the reason it was out of my control. I have almost 2k hours on csgo and 1k on rust I would not hack for any reason.
