Band and not warned

Here is my opinion (Now that I have more information):

 

If no one complained about those kills, I wouldn't see why not to be unbanned.

 

I know that you don't cause trouble on the server and you report a lot of people that break the server.

 

You've been banned for almost a day now, and I believe that you've learned your lesson.

 

Someone unban this person and close the thread, I am not going to be on the rest of the day

From what I can tell you seem genuine. 

If you were testing the WabbaJack on someone who had your consent then it was clearly not RDM and the other 2 people were clearly crossfire. 

Now all of this is just your side of the story. 

 

Before I can give a proper judgement I have to hear from Geanie.

I would have to disagree with Geanie on this one. The first player had his concent to try the WabbaJack on him. So it wasn't mass rdmed it was RDMx2, which is technically crossfire. 

This was a one time mistake.

No, he was already warned once by Moist Chicken before this incident, then he goes to do it again, it wasn't a one time mistake. You can check his warns, it states "RDM (Nice Prank)" Also it was mass, he killed his friend, 2 other people, and me. That's 3 people, And crossfire isn't an actual excuse to RDM someone, it's just if the one who got killed is ok with it. Also it should be a 7-day, I was nice enough to put it ant 3 days.

You're forgetting that he was already warned once for doing the same thing. If you do the same thing TWICE, you don't deserve special treatment just because you seem like "a genuine guy"

This type of thing happens way to often.

If the people said its fine then its fine.

I don't see whats wrong with that.

 

Nobody said they were fine with it, only the one guy which was his friend. I was one of the 4 killed and I am not okay with it because I lost a minigun
