Bird Lover Posted March 18, 2017 Share Posted March 18, 2017 Hey on the 2017/03/17 I got banned for ''unintentional RDM'' for 7 days Your Steam Name: Bird Lover Your ingame name: Bird Lover Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198075275629/ Why were you banned?: unintentional RDM Why should you be unbanned?: I didn't got to tell my point to the admin. Here is the story : I was in my base with my friend and then, a guy raided us. We killed him and he came back and broke NLR. Wasnt a big deal for me I had nothing in my base wet. He kept comming back and called an admin for RDM. The admin didnt really talked to me, he said '' you should have a shop as a gun dealer and you just keep killing this guy''. And While I was talking he didnt seems to care about my point and I got banned 7 days. I mean, I dont think i deserver to be banned, this is the main server that im playing and would like to comeback on the server asap. thank you :) Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video helps too. Sadly I dont have any video since the banned happend really quickly without any explication. Wasn't expecting that. Now, you were based as a gun dealer which from the motd states You must set up a shop unless you're The Supplier Yes you killed him for entering your base, however you killed him when he was outside your base(from what it sounded like in the sit from both sides) afterwards. Also you were based as a gun dealler in a private base, so if he wanted to buy a gun from you, you would have just gunned him down. Also the whole part of "he wasn't listening to me", you didn't say much execpt for repeating that he broke nlr, which didn't help any of us. it was pretty clear to me in the logs that he didn't evne fight back, if i could tell where he was then sure but from your side and his i felt that you rdmed him. at the end of the day i still felt that you just killed a kid for sitting outside your base as a gun dealer. though if the other staff feels i am in the wrong go ahead and unban/lower the ban. Also i talked to your friend about the ban and i had already lowered it to 5 days only because it was unintentional mass rdm(from how i saw it). As thatoneguy pointed out it is not allowed. It seems like you did not fully cooperate in the sit also. Bird Lover Posted March 18, 2017 Author Share Posted March 18, 2017 To add some additional details, The guy that raided us called an admin after his raid because I was ''unkillable'' but he didnt realised we were 2. The admin came and everything was fine. And after that, thats where he camback to raid again, and got killed. He cameback 4times I think, im not sure. After that, thats where I talked to Thatoneguy72. He was reproaching me to not having a Gun Shop installed as a gun dealer, but i joined the server about 10-15mins ago. My base had the ''KOS'' sign on it. While talking to Thatoneguy72, I was kind of pissed of since I already talked to an admin about 2mins ago and we were getting raided by an other guy. Take note that english isn't my first language, so if I'm not clear dont hesitate to explain myself. Also, I passed half a day on the discord and the forum to ask mods questions about this ban. An RDMer isnt going to PM mods and post a thread on forum. Thank for your time. Its wasn't my base, it was Luvoni's base, and I helped him to get set since hes kind of new with building in Garrys mod. And the guy was definitely not comming to buy a gun, each time he come inside the base he had a snipe..... thats just not an argument... ''Also the whole part of "he wasn't listening to me"'' You didnt seems to be impartial to be honest, not trying to be a dick, but who jumped on the fact that I was a Gun Dealer and the hole argument was around that fact and not the ''RDM'' and the ''was he inside or outside the base''.
