First off you cant ban for nlr and ti was the thing that standed out the most

 

 

If you're a repeat offender of the same offense, with multiple warns for that particular offense, and yet you keep doing it, you absolutely deserve a ban. It doesn't matter if you "only broke it once today". Do your parents only reprimand you for stealing from the cookie jar for today's offense, even though you've been doing it every day for a week?

 

As for the kill in a sit, unintentional RDM is still RDM. It's not that hard to be careful with your inputs - it doesn't matter if you have a shoot key or not, unless you're open-palm slapping your keyboard in the middle of a sit, I don't comprehend how you could accidentally kill someone in a sit, where the only thing you should be doing is typing or using your voice key.
